Beth Marks and Carol Coakley from their Park Rd office helped up set up and update our trust. Both Beth and Carol were outstanding to work with. We were so impressed with their level of experience and knowledge and how responsive they were to our questions. The are truly a credit to the Knipp Law Firm and we would not hesitate to recommend them and the Knipp Firm to anyone.

Worst experience I could have conceivably had closing on a house as sellers with Knipp Law. We were…read morescheduled to close on the house we were purchasing at the same time and day as the closing of the selling of our home, so we had our own attorneys prepare the paperwork sent to them by Knipp and overnight the paperwork to them after we signed all the documents, along with emailing Knipp a copy of our closing attorneys wire transfer instructions. After signing all the paperwork for the closing of the home we were purchasing, we waited for Knipp to file the sale with the register of deeds so they could wire the proceeds from our sale to our closing attorneys. 2 hours after closing, we received an email from our attorneys stating that Knipp had just sent them a document for us to sign that they had forgotten to include in the original package. We signed electronically and our attorneys sent the document back to Knipp. An hour later, still no word that the wire transfer had gone through. We decided to call Knipp ourselves to see what the filing status was on the sale of our house. The paralegal handling our case told us that it had been filed with the register of deeds and they were awaiting confirmation that the deed had been recorded. Knipp also informed us that they were awaiting the wiring instructions for the proceed of our sale. When I reminded the paralegal that we had sent the wiring instructions several days ago, she told me that wiring instructions sent through email were not accepted, and needed to be sent through a secure messaging platform. Neither my wife and I, nor our attorneys had been informed of this; for some reason Knipp did not seem to think it was important to let us know that a specific method of communicating wiring instructions was necessary after we had sent them those instructions over email. After sending the wiring instructions, we waited for about 15-30 more minutes before my wife thought to call the Register of Deeds to see if Knipp had filed everything correctly, as we didn't have much faith in them at this point. Upon speaking with someone in the Register of Deeds, my wife discovered that not only had the sale not been recorded, it was not even showing up in their system. The sale thankfully popped up as my wife was on the phone with the Register of Deeds. Not sure why Knipp seemingly chose to lie to us about the state of our filing, nor keep us waiting around for THREE HOURS after our closing. Comically poor communication and clear indifference as to whether my wife and I were inconvenienced. Wish I could give 0 stars. Avoid Knipp Law like the plague.

My heart skips a beat every time I see Bright Law selected as the closing attorney because I know that - all else equal - it will be a smooth transaction. They are an incredible team, a well-oiled machine but personable and always going the extra mile to answer questions for sellers and buyers UC, answer questions my agents' shopping buyers have about various property nuances (easements, shared driveways, etc) so they can make informed decisions, and answer questions my agents' sellers have (I've seen questions about inherited easement access, chain of title, ownership issues, etc). Thankfully, Bright Law is my team of agents' go-to closing attorney. They are so prompt, so responsive, and so thorough that when I am checking over preliminary closing documents, its exceedingly rare for me to find an error or anything missed - and if I find something missed it's probably an error on my own end. I love working with them, and so do my agents and their clients!

I highly recommend her for the following reasons: 1) She reached out to me "herself" more than once. 2) I was informed that her consultation was free. 3) I felt valued, listened to and understood while she thoroughly answered my questions with respect, integrity and honesty. 4) I knew she was the right Stellar Professional to draft my Will accordingly and I hired her with no hesitation. I canceled an appointment with an Attorney that literally wanted to charge for a consultation and to draft a Will which was ridiculously insane and expensive. It was exhausting to learn that so many attorneys were even higher than the appointment that I canceled and I almost settled until I found Atty Nicole. Everything changed and it's good to know there are Good Gems out there like Atty Nicole, but so hard to find. If you are reading this then I have done my due diligence and made it easy for you to assist you with your legal matters, call Atty Nicole and you will be glad you did! 5) This amazing lady worked diligently, very patient and Super Reasonable and Fair. She didn't overcharge as I learned that other attorneys don't have your best interest at heart. 6) Atty Nicole had my best interest at heart and she delivered Super above and Beyond. 7) I have recommended her to my Family, Friends and Community. 8) If you want a Highly, Qualified, Quality, Reasonable and Fair Attorney, then Atty Nicole Henderson is the Best and Right Choice! 9) This lady has been a Blessing and a Rare Gem that is extremely hard to find these days, and I thank God for her. 10) If I could give a rating of 100 stars to Atty Nicole, it wouldn't be enough; that shows she is Phenomenal!

For me, lawyers have been condescending, cold, not empathetic, pompous, pilfering, etc. An attorney is supposed to make you feel better. You should feel like someone has your back. That your confident that the attorney will do their job. If your being bullied, etc. The attorney is suppose to stop the bullying. When the attorney does nothing it makes you feel worse (you already feel horrible, scared, etc). Normally you pay upfront for their service. Now, you feel like your money was stolen from the attorney. It usually is a large amount of money. doesn't matter how much money is paid. i'm a poverty person. an attorney stole my money. no problem stealing from the poor. The job wasn't done and it made u feel worse. An attorney not returning your calls. you could do a call every other day. the attorney doesn't return your call. that makes you feel, worse, worried (is the attorney going to do the job correctly and communicate with me), you may be ripped off, distressed, etc. An attorney has the label "counselor". Just like going to a social worker for "counseling". That worker should make you feel like they care about you, etc. I just got off the phone (i'm not making this up! ) with Nicole. she met all the info. I have talked about in this review. Always, she thought of me instead of herself. i said i was gonna do a review immediately "she said don't worry about that, all i want you to do is take care of your urgent matter. I just got of the phone with her (i'm not making this up!) - on 10/4/22. she put my urgent needs instead of me doing this review. She said, oh i don't care about a review. do yourself a favor, make your first call to Attorney Nicole Henderson.
