She assumed I was an American born Chinese who couldn't speak English. I received no apology while service continued to be slow. After complaining about it, the staff had the audacity to claim that the old woman did not work for them. The old woman sits right next to them in the exact same office. Here is some advice. When running an office, if you are with another company, it is wise to separate their duties in order for them to not get confused. It is also wise to curb your employees to make sure they are not out of line. Overall, very disappointed at the dishonesty of this business.

Kept our budget in mind while we picked out designs and styles that we liked and gave us honest feedback on materials used. We loved the rosewood material so much that we ended up using the same vanity in both bathrooms! Very modern design that has an elegant simplicity touch to it. We are not completely done with the renovations yet, but we love the way it looks so far!!! Depending on how well lit your bathroom is, the color of the rosewood may come out lighter/darker (as to be expected). But definitely something to keep in mind as you're walking around their showroom (which is extremely bright with natural light pouring through).

She answered my call during her commute home and I asked for a flower arrangement for a funeral that was around $100-$150. She said she could work with my budget and later texted me some sample arrangement shapes and styles for approval; they were made completely of roses on a small stand and ribbons. When she called again to confirm and take payment she said it was going to be $150, plus fees bringing the order closer to $180.00. I asked if we could adjust the arrangement price closer to $100 so that it could be under $150.00 with the fees. I truly did not mean to offend her in any way, but this upset her and she said she cannot help that there are fees associated with delivery, tax, etc. I said I completely understand she has to charge fees and tax, but that I am just trying to stay within my budget so maybe the arrangement could be adjusted to meet my budget. I am not a florist and can't be sure, but I imagine there are flowers she could have subbed in to meet my budget? She said she could not make an arrangement for $100.00 and that it would be too small. We could not come to an agreement so an order was not completed. My intent was to work with a smaller business local to where the funeral took place and it's unfortunate we couldn't work things out. She looks like she makes lovely arrangements on her site and she seems very hardworking (answered my calls and texts late at night)...I would just be very clear with her on your budget INCLUDING TAXES AND FEES to avoid conflict on your order.
