When our refrigerator went out last week John called me back immediately, he knew exactly what we had ordered 14 years earlier from him and gave me what he thought were the best options for replacement and we were given a really great price. In a matter of days the order was made and scheduled for delivery. Jenny was amazing about keeping me in the loop on the delivery and they even arrived earlier than expected. Jose and Adam were so considerate of the house and making sure the ref was set up properly, balanced and walked me through the key features of our new appliance. Our family is thrilled to have new working refrigerator and I am so grateful for how easy John and the team at TopLine made the process for us.
