When you arrive, it's almost always busy. You grab a ticket and wait (and wait and wait) your turn to grab a slice or two. The wait, truthfully, is pretty torturous (dramatic), but you will be waiting about an hour on a busy day. We showed up hungry, so the wait was pretty painful.
All the while, it was clear that the staff was putting the work in, cutting each slice or prosciutto individually with scissors and interacting well with guests when appropriate.
I ordered what seemed to be a honey prosciutto and mushroom slice which I loved, although I would've preferred it heated up a bit more. Additionally, I got carbonara arancini, which was truly the standout of the meal. It was crispy and crunchy on the outside and cheesy on the inside. I also ordered a Pepsi, which brought the total to around $20-a bit expensive.
It was good, but the wait is brutal, so be sure to plan around that if you come here.
