She has worked for two very well known salons in Geneva area and has now started her own one man show! Her color is fantastic and she is so nice! I do understand how one of the other reviews states that someone was following them around as if they were about to steal something though because I certainly felt that way as well....maybe it was because the last time I was in was about the same time the holidays were going on and being a new store and all maybe they were more paranoid...I didn't feel the eyes following me today. I like to ask about new products that I want to try out sometime and its really a hit or miss, sometimes you get someone who knows about the product and sometimes not. If they cant sell the item I usually just end of taking a picture of it and reviewing it online myself later. I guess it saves me money that way. I love the points system with my Ulta card!! I tried to contact Denis over the next several days with no response, in the meantime the green highlights were becoming more pronounced. After 7 days I had Jen at Ulta fix my hair and she did a beautiful job!!! Denis finally contacted me with a text (9 days later) and I told him what had happened and his response was "did they fix it" Unbelievable! I asked for a refund and never heard back from him.
