She has worked for two very well known salons in Geneva area and has now started her own one man show! Her color is fantastic and she is so nice! She is happy to make suggestions but is never to pushy. You can tell she is always giving her honest opinion, which I love. I tried to contact Denis over the next several days with no response, in the meantime the green highlights were becoming more pronounced. After 7 days I had Jen at Ulta fix my hair and she did a beautiful job!!! Denis finally contacted me with a text (9 days later) and I told him what had happened and his response was "did they fix it" Unbelievable! I asked for a refund and never heard back from him.
