She has worked for two very well known salons in Geneva area and has now started her own one man show! Her color is fantastic and she is so nice! I tried to contact Denis over the next several days with no response, in the meantime the green highlights were becoming more pronounced. After 7 days I had Jen at Ulta fix my hair and she did a beautiful job!!! Denis finally contacted me with a text (9 days later) and I told him what had happened and his response was "did they fix it" Unbelievable! I asked for a refund and never heard back from him. When I saw him in the morning with it wet and combed straight down, I saw how uneven it was. I did what I could and told him we will get it fixed after school. Unfortunately he went to school and everyone noticed and has been making fun of him all day. For a kid who is already self-conscious, this can be devastating. Called the store which is a 20 minute drive and they tell me " bring him back and we will fix it at no charge". Ya duh, of course you will but that doesn't pay for gas, or take back a day of being made fun of. This is the problem with places like this, you never know if you going to get a decent haircut or a terrible one. I would definately not recommend this facility.

I loved how professional Shayla was while instructing Taya on how to apply relaxer to my hair. I loved how attentive Taya was to the instructions and how well she carried them out. As a result of their teamwork, I did not experience any chemical burns or discomfort. Shayla, the Instructor was very knowledgeable about my haircare process and I totally appreciate that. The girl Lupita started washing my hair in ice cold water then when she finally added the shampoo she didn't scrub my scalp she literally patted the shampoo in then started rinsing literally took her 2 minutes to "wash" my hair. She didn't use any conditioner nor did she detangle my hair. She didn't know how to blow dry. My hair was extremely damped she literally tried to flat iron my hair wet until I stopped her and asked her if she realized my hair was still wet she decided to sit there and play dumb. Literally left the shop looking crazy by the head hair wasn't even flat iron at all. She also didn't use any hair protector! They need better instructions that are actually hands on and need to teach them on to work on textured hair. Took her 2 1/2 hours just for my hair to look terrible. She literally played in my head.
