We bought another set, he couldn't pick them up so we sent someone else. Since he wasn't they card holder the made him buy another set. Needless to say it's pandemic. People Send couriers to pick things up for them all the time. Hello Uber eats? Help people out Bouclair. We now have 6 rods on 3 different cards. I will never ever use you again. Get your customer service together. Unreal. Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel are both excellent and have much better customer service and product. I am still in shock.
