It avoids substantial reconstruction and removal of concrete etc. Bob attended promptly on the day we decided to proceed and completed the job returning several days later to ensure that it worked and remedied several minor deficiencies. My wife and I , seniors, were most impressed with his knowledge, reliability, and the efficient manner in which he completed the job, leaving the area clean, after completing the installation. Bob guarantees his work and agreed to return if we should have any problems which we do not anticipate as he ran a water test after doing the installation. It turned out so much better than the original picture we had started with. Dean is great to communicate with. From the beginning he thought through all the details and guided me through various options. The bed was built within agreed upon timelines, delivered and installed with no hassle for me. The bed is beautiful and the craftsmanship of the bed is incredible. My toddler loves the bed, I feel safe with her sleeping in it and we both have fun just hanging out on it.
