The bartender was extremely nice and helpful, and the language barrier wasn't a problem at all. The wine was perfect, and the food was mouth watering, we would have ordered everything on the menu if we could have eaten that much. The restaurant was beautiful decorated and we loved the music. As a chef myself, I'll be telling everyone I know that visit's Buenos Aires to eat here!

The food was served over charcoal, which made such a difference--it stayed hot from start to finish and added incredible flavor. The service was outstanding: the waiters were very attentive, friendly, and everything came out quickly. You can really feel the care and pride in what they do. The owner being on site made the experience even better--super accommodating and welcoming. Being able to enjoy a true Argentinian kosher steak like this was such a treat. By far one of the best kosher restaurants I've been to. Thank you for a wonderful food and dining experience--we'll definitely be back.

Attentive, friendly service. Moderately curious looks from a good number of the clearly very orthodox clients - I may have been the only person in the place without a yamulke on my head and not dressed in black and white. A slice of excellent pizzaiola, or tomato sauce, garlic, and herbs; another decent if not wow fugazetta rellena, with slices of tomato filling in for the jamón. And an acceptable slice of fainá, chickpea "bread". I'd go back for the first of those, and overall, pretty decent all around. As isn't unusual, slightly pricier than others in the 'hood - that kosher certification seems to be license to upsell - each slice here running 35 or more pesos.

I insisted (because I was starving) that we each order a sandwich, but C advocated for ordering one and sharing. I acquiesced and was glad we did. (We're not big eaters and are always in search of quality instead of quantity.) The sandwich that was served was splendid. Just what I was hoping for! 200 grams of thinly sliced pastrami with pickles and mustard. Of course, this is Buenos Aires, so everything is relatively less strong in flavor that in the U.S. In Chicago, pastrami has a distinct pepper flavor and crust; this was softer, but with outstanding flavor. I'm in love and waiting for an excuse to return. Food: 5 stars Ambiance: 4 stars Service: 5 stars
