We are from NYC, we flew into Berlin to run a marathon...and while we were en route to see some…read morefriends in Munich, we found this amazing little hidden gem. It was a short (2 stops on the U bahn from where we stayed) Though it is on a side street, it was NOT hard to find. Just google map it! We wanted Vietnamese food (I am from Saigon, Vietnam originally)....OMG food was so fantastic here!!! So pleasantly surprised, it was better & more authentic than the Vietnamese food in NYC. Who would've guessed, in a small city near Nurnberg, there is such great food. It's a "mom & pop" family owned restaurant. So the own gave us free shots of his homemade herbal/ medicinal wine, it was so smooth & strong, lol I was super surprised & happy. If you are near by....this is a must go pit-stop for food, if you like authentic Vietnamese food. Must order the duck!!!!! And we also had the pho, as well as the summer rolls We will come back tomorrow to try the handmade dim sum!

A small place in a lane, not easy to find. Getting a parking nearby was also a bit difficult. So we went there on a evening on a weekday. The place was totally empty. But again relying on the reviews that are already written here, we decided to give it a try. A lot of different Thai and Vietnamese options in menu. I had a Saigon Beer, which was OK, as it contains Malt and Rice. I am not a fan of Malt. Normally Thai Beers like Singha is made of Rice.. But still was not a bad choice. Overall the drinks menu was not much to offer. We ordered chicken soup, Chicken kum pao and Duck chop suey. All the dishes were delicious. The chicken was tender and duck properly fried.Overall with all these dishes and beer it cost us around 20 Euros for 2 persons, which was just perfect. The prices are less, but the quality and taste of food was surely not compromised. The service was quick and the lady (probably the owner) was friendly. Overall surely worth going for good food with normal price range.

My friends and I were looking at a Vietnamese Restaurant that serve Pho, and so this place popped…read moreup. Pricing - the price for dishes are pretty reasonable and so if you are coming here with family, friends or a date; you won't be breaking your wallet. Service - although we went on a Sunday, the food came really quickly after we placed the order. I want to say we weren't waiting for more than 10-15 minutes before the first appetizers came out and then 10-15 before the main entrees came out. Food - we tried the Vietnamese Spring rolls, Pho Bo, and Pho Xao Bo. All, of it came out great. So, if you are looking for a place to go grab Vietnamese food, please stop by and check out this restaurant.

Went to eat at Ha Long on a busy Saturday night. Luckily I made a reservation as without there…read morewouldn't have been a space. I was informed on the phone that we could only eat for one hour as the whole restaurant was booked after that again. We decided to go there anyway and were hoping for a fast service which we've gotten luckily. The restaurant itself is quite small but has as many tables as possible which makes it quite crowded and loud and you've got the feeling that you're sitting on your neighbours lap but that's the only down point. Other than that the service was good and the food was extremely yummy as were the drinks like fresh ginger or lotus tea. Definitely going to eat here again.
