I moved into Stoney Creek owned by KoKo roughly three years ago, starting last year numerous issues have occurred. Last year during a snow storm the plow trucks typically come around beep when it's time to move the cars for plowing and they had not done so which lead to my car being completely plowed in, I then had to use a plastic bowl and spent 35 minuets digging my car out. Frustrated I went across the street to the company to voice what had happened, I was given Andreas phone number to call and when we had spoken at no point where there even a "I'm sorry that happened" the complete conversation revolved more on "Well your cars out now right?" Which wasn't the point. Just simply a little accountability. Following this several peoples items where stolen from the mail room, we contacted them again to let them know what was happening. Again not even so much as a "we'll look into that" just a please be sure you're walking to the other buildings and checking. Over the summer and spring my car was sprayed with grass seed all over the side. Over the spring and summer and throughout the winter of 2019 the hallways have become absolutely destroyed, there's trash and drug paraphernalia about in the floor... We were told told by Andrea " that's kinda what happens when you live in low income housing" never once was this property listed as such when we bought it never once was it even said. Then there where more mail room robbery's over the spring we recommended putting a camera in the room even it was fake to deter people away we would gladly help pay for 3 cameras they would need again "Well your situation is different because it's low income housing". The police have been here in no less than groups of 3 at time 5 more times I can count in this past year. 2020 winter comes along we get a small amount of snow a tad bit of ice, was no aware it was time for my car to be moved left at 315 pm and retuned home at 4am there's ice and snow I cleaned off of my car still in my spot, I pull in... I'm giving 100 fine for my car not being moved when it had been moved and there's was a tiny amount of ice left over.... went down to try and address the issue. Andrea has to be the poorest representation of that company. Immediately upon walking and starting to talk she rolled her eyes at me numerous times, as I am trying explain the situation to her clearly frustrated she continues to act in a demeaning manner, I become frustrated with this and have to call my landlord to meet me to help me resolve this problem at which point she begins to explain that it was the rear of my car although the picture I'm the notice is clearly from the front. She was beyond rude, callus and could not care more about what you have to say this is my impression of her after 3 times of speaking no time being any different. As my landlord continued trying to resolve the problem Andrea continued to blame the numerous other issues of the building in being again low income housing which truthfully felt like a poor excuse for the inability to properly maintain a property again just trying not to take accountability for anything that happens. When I moved here 3 years ago it was not like this at all, never once we're myself or landlords told it was low income housing all the excuses she gave today. It's absolutely frustrating to constantly feel as though even if something is wrong you can't go to them because they A) won't do anything about it and B) won't even to apologize or take accountability. I'm writing this review in the hopes that this will help people see this property for what it really is and not the beautiful white buildings that have to be matching to look pretty really is and what happens. The only thing I've asked for from them was understanding and accountability and they've refused to do that anytime I've spoken to them, whether it was my car being plowed in, my car being sprayed with grass feed, people packages being stolen the condition of the building inside, it's a disgusting way to conduct a business period. read more
