We had the "just feed me" menu.
Venison pie tee was fine.
King fish sashimi was stringy and chewy.
Lettuce wraps were very salty and the spice level was good.
Dumpling sauce was also very salty.
Curry donuts were soft and savory. Great.
Then there was a 30-40 minute wait for the next course. Probably because the rest of the restaurant filled up.
Wagyu beef was sinewy but the egg and udon that came with it was otherwise good.
Lamb was good. A little spicy and the yogurt sauce was creamy.
Sesame salmon was very good. I usually don't like salmon, but I liked this.
Eggplant with grains was my favorite part of the meal. Smokey and crunchy.
My girlfriend described desert as a palate cleanser, that probably tells you all you need to know about that.
Bar service was great. I would not suggest Koji until they get more practice on meat prep and pacing. read more
