I've been to this laundromat a handful of times now, as I live very close to this business and so…read moreis convenient for me to do my laundry at this location. Today was my last day to ever come to this laundromat because the Black woman (and I'm Korean/American and one of the last person to be racist!) who works there was so absolutely rude to me that I will never go back. She started by telling me I should not put the soap in the front area of the soap holder or dispenser on the machine--I already knew that and so didn't respond because she always tells me not to do that every time I come in there. Her tone was very rude and seemed almost like she wanted to start something...? I ignored her and she basically said: Did you hear me, I'm talking to you! I have NEVER in my life, anywhere, been treated like that by an employee of a business. I replied, Yes, I know, you tell me that or something else every time I come in here. Then, to add insult to injury, she replied, Why do you keep putting the soap in the wrong place? So that pissed me off and I said, Look, I just want to do my laundry in peace and it appears you're picking on me for some reason. In short, we got into it and she ended up calling the police because we had a nasty verbal exchange. This is one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered in my life! It was almost as though she didn't like me personally for some reason and decided to reverse being a racist towards me. Again, I will never go there again. I just want to do my laundry and do not need an employee there harassing me while I'm doing my laundry. I don't talk to anyone and clean up my mess. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there. What a horrible place--no one needs the aggravation. No one.

I can't believe this place has gotten so many positive reviews…read more I wonder if there's a way to separate the "laundry service" and "self service" options into 2 different categories? I used almost every single dryer in the place, because the clothes just wouldn't dry! Each time a dryer stopped and I opened it to check the clothes, the clothes were only warm, twice. So 2 dryers out of maybe 12, actually heat up enough to dry your clothes. The rest just tumble them around for 6 minutes. There was no sink, but it's right next to a bar. That was the only plus.

A little bit off the beaten path, but, 60 lb washers (probably overkill for my comforters, but it feels good!) AND a 75 lb dryer!!! I have never seen anything so deep! Both comforters at once!!! All in all great place to do laundry. As more people find this place, the owner will add extra benefits like wash/fold service and maybe even food! I went before lunch on a Thursday, so it was the morning crowd. People were chatting with each other as they waited for the loads to finish. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is no staff on site, but they have a phone number to call if you have any problems. While I was there, another company was repairing a light fixture. I'm guessing that the owners do not let repairs go long without being addressed as the rest of the facility was clean and in good working order. Each machine has a QR code which when scanned with a smartphone guides you to download an app and pay digitally. There are also two coin machines that take $1, $5, $10, and $20. The dryers cost 25 cents for 5 minutes. That might sound like a lot, but the dryers are amazing. I was able to fit two full loads from my washing machine at home into one dryer at this place. It was full of very wet towels, and it still only took 30 minutes for them to get completely dry. In fact, they were a little too hot, so I'm going to try only 25 minutes next time. That comes out to only $1.25 or $1.50 for enough clothes to fit in two domestic washing machines. The next time my washer or dryer breaks, I know exactly where I am going. I'm actually kind of looking forward to it :)

Upon entering, I noticed that this laundromat is very well kept. It was clean, smelled nice and was quiet. I went over to the service window (on the right when entering) and the staff member said hello and offered to help. The fee is based on the number and size of the articles you need washed. My king sized comforter was $19. I brought my own detergent only to find out that several varieties are offers and actually included in the price. The attendant entered my I formation into the computer and enrolled me for SMS message updates. I paid in advance and left. By the time I got to my car, I had a drop off confirmation message. A few hours later, I received a text that my item was ready. When I picked up the comforter, it was neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. Great experience! I'll be back.
