I never really shopped here until recently. I'm so glad I decided to! They have great selections, great rewards programs, and the Kohl's cash adds up nicely as opposed to other big stores like it. The prices are nice too, and sales during the holidays! Definitely overly packed during the holidays, especially being at this location. I got a couple things online to pick up and my only concern is there was one girl working that counter and she seemed pretty stressed, I'd hope there would be more people to help on busy days around the holidays. I buy a lot from Kohls and return a lot too, due to sizing, etc. That being said, I've spent a lot of time at customer service for these returns. I've experienced very courteous staff each and every time. Even though some genius higher up (sarcasm...) decided to place pick up orders in various locations within the store, which would seem like a total inconvenience for most, the staff just smiles and says, "I'm getting my steps in!" as they go to find your order. I'm sorry that people are leaving negative reviews and believe many of them need more patience. I know I would not last long in a retail position, with how rude customers can be. read more

I have shopped Kohl's for a number of years, but this self pick up is asinine. I went to pick up my order yesterday and out of 5 pieces only 1 was there. Someone had stolen my order, because no one checks anything so I'm getting charged for something I don't have. Nice way to do business. Then I told them to cancel my order, no I have to go back there today and cancel it because I picked up the 1 thing that was there. Where is the sense in leaving other people's packages where they can be stolen. Well you have lost a customer and I'll be sure to tell anyone that will listen about my parting ways with Kohl's. I came today to pick up my online order. Every online pickup parking spot was taken, but when I walked in there was not one soul standing at the online pickup line. The associate that helped me was very nice and prompt. But would be nice if people are actually shopping and not just picking up that they dont take up these spots just because they are close and the people are too lazy to park further out! read more

I'm writing this review not to slam Kohl's but their associate Linda who I had the displeasure of dealing with today. Was standing at register watching her fold clothes and she looks up at me and says, "You wanna check out?" as if I was bothering her. No Linda, I'm just standing here for no reason. So I had two items to exchange, which she seemed incredibly irritated by and was incredibly rude in explaining to me why I couldn't exchange one of the items and had to go to customer service and do a return. I am a laid back, friendly person who usually won't complain but my entire interaction with Linda makes me never want to go back to this store. I sell cars for a living and if I had the people skills of Linda, I'd never sell a single car. Linda should be in a stock room where no customers have to interact with her, as she is the worst possible representation of a customer service employee ever. read more

This is the only time I have written a review about a retail store, but after this past weekend's experience, I had to. First, exactly when did Kohl's go from a JC Penney's type experience to a K-Mar or TJ Maxx?? I mean, what a mess! I was there right when they opened and it looked ridiculous to the point I really had no desire to walk further in, but was coaxed by my husband. It looked like a K Mart sidewalk sale gone awry. I was stepping on clothes in every isle...& only those isles that could actually fit a person in between. There were a few clearance racks, but not one was marked with the correct sizes; not in the men's nor in the women's. Things on a mannequin I liked (3 total), were not in stock, in the back or available period. And that, I only found out after 15 minutes of trying to find someone to help me...and boy, was she put out by it. I have seen this location in similar condition during the holidays and huge sales, which is understandable, but this past weekend was an ordinary one, not busy whatsoever, no huge sales, & to get the 'sighs' from an associate after the 3rd time of not having something on display on a rack anywhere, that is not the customers fault. This store needs a merchandiser and a dang janitor. And preferably a little customer service. I'll be taking my business back to Penney's. Kohl's isn't that much cheaper than they are anymore anyway. read more

I bought a Roomba from this location back in September. It was on sale but still was a $400 purchase. This was a big purchase for me. The past few months that I've had it, I've really been impressed with all the dog hair and dirt it picks up. About a week ago, my Roomba would turn off in the middle of the floor. I'd put it back on the charger and try to run it again. Same result. I've been upset about it because I thought my investment should last me more than 5 months. Luckily, it just took a phone call and a visit to the store to fix my problem. I think I talked to a Connie and then to someone else in the electronics department that was happy to help. I took my Roomba into the store and they did an even exchange for me. I expected a headache. I expected being given a phone number and have to deal with the manufacturer myself. No, they fixed my problem and really made my experience "hassle free". I appreciate all who assisted me. Will most definitely be back and will recommend this location to others! read more
