Very clean store with ample parking. As it sits back from the road entrance to the parking lot can be confusing. Store is bright with room to move between racks. Very clean with nice presentation, good variety of products. Great sales and prices. read more

I love a good Kohl's store and this one is no exception. I use the Kohl's Rewards and Kohl's Cash which is basically free money checks which leads to free goodies all the time. This specific store isn't as crowded as all the other Kohls around. It could be because it is kind of off to itself, I don't really know specifically. I just take advantage of the situation at hand and stock up on all the tees and clothes that I was in search of. The staff here are always helpful and the store its self is always clean and tidy. I have never had a problem trying to find anything I was in need of. Stop in and shop if you are near. If you are a day or two past expiration of Kohls cash....they still take it. Shhhhh. Seem to have less products available compared to the Lexington store. I mean, overall, it's a pretty average Khol's. However, the last time I was in there, it seemed like the employees were stalking me. I'm no thief. I had went over to the purses to look at some brand name purses that were on sale at the Lexington location (just wanting to see if they had some of the same in stock) and the employee announced to her co worker that she was going to be hanging out in the purse section. She followed me all around the bags and eventually to the makeup/perfumes where she watched me smell various bottles. It was very off putting; I'll be sticking to the Lexington store from now on. I get that the Richmond Khol's has a very high theft rate. But the whole thing was not subtle at all, especially her announcing it to her co worker. read more

Kohls usually has great coupons and can be combined with Kohls cash to save some big money throughout the year. You have to be cautious about the brands you buy because the coupons have several exclusions. Having a Kohls charge card has paid offer with rewards all year long. read more

This is our favorite Kohl's. It is close to our home, the selections are well-organized and the staff has helped us numerous times when we were looking for something specific. The email coupons and the Kohl's cash are great too! read more

Pretty standard Kohl's. There selection is the same as every other Kohl's I've been to. The reason this location gets 5 stars is cleanliness and friendliness. The store is always clean and organized, and the employees always greet with a smile. read more
