I used to love going to Kohls and getting in on their crazy sales, now I am lucky to get out the door with out wanting to throw something. This particular trip I was looking for a casual vest, & maybe a pair of slacks. A locally owned store quoted me $50.00 for a tailored vest but I would have some serious turn around time. Kohls had some in stock $50.00 "on sale" not of the hangers matched the sizes on the vests, all the vest where a straight cut no tapering, & most off them looked like the needed to be cleaned. Non the less I grabbed some jeans to try on as well (also not properly marked). After time sifting trough all the garments tags for proper sizing I ventured to the fitting room. The medium vest(s) was tight in the chest and loose ever where else the jeans where just plainly to tight. Frustrated to no end I left the store probably never to return. read more

This store is horrible. Stock is laying all over the floor there is no help in the store and in management does not seem to care, it is really a shame because I have been numerous Kohl's stores and most are very clean and well kept this one has to be the worst read more

Great customer service, always a reasonable way to track purchases for easy returns. Managers are generally very accommodating.

I love Kohls, don't get me wrong but this store is bad. I'm pretty sure the only people working in the store are the cashiers. No one is ever on the floor, and if you get a cashier to finally call someone to a department, no one ever shows up. read more

When you walk in, merchandise appears disorganized, the carts are kiddywampus, and it's confusing to see the store's layout to find things. Next, the manager hides in her office, and when called upon to get assistance, she flatly tells you corporate policy, like I give a #@it, and it required a call to corporate offices to get anywhere. So lame, so dissatisfying as a shopping experience. I wont be back. read more

I love Kohl's. A couple weeks ago, I found this beautiful blue gemmed dragonfly pin that was on sale. A few times before that I found a large purse with a French postcard painted on it. I truly find lots of goods. When I'm in the mood for purchasing a little something for myself, I look to Kohl's to bring me those things. They have a good selection of perfume, jewelry, clothing and so much more. I'll definitely come back! read more

Absolutely love their sales! Great deals! It is a little disorganized. However, not only did I see Children throwing things around, I also saw GROWN ADULTS doing the same. There were a few people at each side where the registers are and I had no problem finding someone to help me. Everyone was more than willing to help. I'd give it five stars but because of the disorganization, it gets four, atm. I'm a weekly shopper. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. They're very unorganized, it's messy! Always messy! They never have things in stock. Nothing is ever on the right hanger. And on top of it they have very poor customer service. I would recommend not coming to this kohls!!!! EVER! read more
