What I mean is they they have an OK selection of kids shoes including sneakers, boots and dress shoes. A good selection of women's and men's dress, gym shoes, work boots and casual foot wear but not a huge selection of any one category. I've seen larger selections of gym shoes at some of the local sporting goods stores and a wider selection of dress shoes at other local stores, but overall they have a good mix. The best part is that the shoes here are discounted a good amount compared to other stores so while the selection isn't nearly as big, the prices are really great and separate this place from others in that you can buy 2 pairs for what you might pay for one pair at somewhere like Dillard's. If it gets lost or broken it is not devastating. Everything is color coordinated as well. So if you are looking for a certain color theme you do not have to look hard at all. The girls that work here are sweet and helpful. The girl that was my cashier was a true Southern lady. She was sweet and polite and helpful. It was a lovely experience. We arrived…read moreon a Saturday morning to do some shopping for my dad who is preparing to move permanently to the Southwest Louisiana Veterans Home in Jennings, Louisiana next week, the staff provided us with a list of essentials and what's allowed and we were able to find everything we needed here. Surprisingly the parking was not filled and the store neither which I can't remember being the case at any location I've ever visited especially mid-morning on a weekend. The exterior and interior of this store was immaculate and well organized, it's as if it was opening day, I guess this is in part that it's a small town and employs local people who really care and definitely a great management team, boy could this location teach others how a Walmart should be ran. I'd probably shop at Walmart more often if this was my experience in my hometown, hats off to the wonderful and friendly staff here you're doing it right...

It's a great place to browse if you are into that (I am). I love going in here to look at the designer purses (think Kate Spade and Coach) and wallets.
