Kohls has the worst customer service and their online shopping is a scam!! I order about 9 items before going on vacation, things started arriving separately, sadly I never received 2 shirts I really wanted on my trip- I called and they said it was delivered I let them know it was NOT! They apologized and said they'd issue a refund- well 2 weeks later and NO refund, NO ITEMS, and no decent customer service just overseas call center that informed me that online items are often 3rd party items so difficult to get refund!!! I gave this store only 2 star because yesterday December 5 2025 alittle before 12pm I went to purchase size 10 men's shoes for my cousin. When I got to the counter the "associate" who had an attitude already because the customer ahead of me had a return not a purchase. When I came up to the counter the associate asked me if I had the shoes on my feet. I asked her what she is talking about then she kept looking over the shoes that were clearly mens size 10 under armor shoes. Telling me she needs to look at them. Then finished the transaction with an attitude. I work from desk at a hotel and by far that was the worst customer service. Do better kohl's! Online shopping for now on. For the past two years I have bought my grandson's school clothes at Kohl's. I try to get the discount ones if possible. I use my Kohl's credit card, and so far the clothing has lasted through most the school year. You know 13 year old boys outgrow things quickly! I rarely return anything but had to return something that was just under $100. We all know if you don't buy something else and get over the $100 mark before tax that you only get Kohl's cash on $50. I bought other items but only returned one. $30 was taken off because I was told that I received $30 Kohl's cash and used it. I sure did but it wasn't on that one item!! I did NOT receive $30 Kohl's cash on that one item. I'll be canceling my card and I'll shop elsewhere. It was a toss up between Kohl's and Amazon. I wish I had chosen Amazon now. I have been shopping at Kohl's for years and I am VERY disappointed. I gave my friend my last Kohl's cash today so I'm good now. They should be ashamed... read more

I like Kohl's. The place is always clean, and their hours cater to lots of us that tend to work weird hours. They also make you feel like you saved tons of money when they print things like "You SAVED $27455.29 Today!!!" on a $19.20 receipt. So if you're one of those people who have buyers remorse, shop here. They'll help. Their stuff can either be on the pricier side, or it can be dirt cheap. When I come here now, I tend to go through their clearance sections. These racks aren't very organized.. but I don't blame them. I have a feeling it's the customers that grab items from one spot and put them back in another. Yeah, just like you! The one reading this review! J/K. Maybe it's me. Noooo... I would never do that. And being a guy, I can only speak on the shopping experience for guys. The only time I would pay full retail for their merchandise are for their in-store brand 'Urban Up' (or something like that) T-Shirts. Both crew and v-neck varieties. They are awesome!! Really good fit, and they don't shrink or fade. Material is super soft and comfortable as well. I probably have over 100 of these shirts, some dating back probably 5-6+ years and they still are holding up amazingly. Plus they come in tons of colors. Seriously, those shirts are awesome and I happily would pay even more for them. Their shoes section (for Men's) aren't that great. It at least they have one, unlike TJ Maxx. Their home, kitchen and bath departments have really really nice stuff. But overpriced. They have good deals in travel items though (luggage sets, etc). Great big store with a little bit of everything for everybody. 2 thumbs up. read more

I went in to buy a suit or a jacket and pants to match. They said they stopped carrying suits?! Only unmatched jackets and pants?! Why? This store was like going into a random discount store. I was looking forward to buying the suits I saw online. read more

Sometimes they have great deals, like 70-80% off of winter clothes in April. Clothes, bed spreads, coffee makers, it's an old school department store. Clean and quiet midday and weekend nights. Crowded and noisy at 5pm. read more

Terribly disappointed in the customer service from this location. I was issued a raincheck for a Fitbit Charge HR from the neighboring store (15 miles away) since the size I needed wasn't available. This store claims that it doesn't honor rainchecks. For a pair of stores that work so closely together their communication is severely broken. Won't be shopping at this location in the future. read more
