When I got to the counter the "associate" who had an attitude already because the customer ahead of me had a return not a purchase. When I came up to the counter the associate asked me if I had the shoes on my feet. I asked her what she is talking about then she kept looking over the shoes that were clearly mens size 10 under armor shoes. Telling me she needs to look at them. Then finished the transaction with an attitude. I work from desk at a hotel and by far that was the worst customer service. Do better kohl's! Online shopping for now on. Horrible experience

And although I didn't purchase anything, the staff is friendly and knowledgable about all the products they offer. Now let's be honest, do I think it's a tad bit hipster? Of course. Should I drop the word 'Lumbersexual' in this review? Well, I just did. However, I'm truly happy Johnson City has a store like this and the folks behind it have a great story. I like it here…read more Depending on when you come, they may or may not have amazing deals. I'm writing this review because now owning lots of clothes from here, I have come to know that they are pretty good quality. Much better than H&M for instance, and pricing is on par. Service can be good or non existent. But you don't really come here for service. Really good assortment of stuff that are up to date on current trends, and I'll continue to pop my head in here every now and then to grab stuff.
