Fabric inventory declined while shop was changing owners. Was looking forward to new ownership…read moreuntil new owner broke up the fabric collections and blended everything into color groups!!! Who does that?!? I'm not willing to spend extra time sorting through hundreds of bolts to piece together coordinating fabric collections. Staff are friendly and eager to assist, especially Anne and Patsy. Advice: 1) Put the fabric back in collection groups. 2) Mark down the old stuff and get more new fabric. 3) Put the solids up higher and in a better lit spot - someone put them on the bottom row in a dark aisle which makes it extremely hard to find blender fabrics. 4) Create welcoming new fabric COLLECTIONS at the front on low displays, even if you have to reduce size of front counter area.

He was fair and ran down the list of factors that influenced his pricing and what he would need to do to get my PC up and working. We communicated back and forth throughout the process and he was able to build my computer in just two days, which included moving parts over from another case and building the rest of it from scratch with a new case. The result was a 70 lb titan of a gaming PC, which he allowed me to use his dolly to move, and I'm using it now with 0 issues and exceptional performance. Bob was trustworthy, honest, fair and shrewd throughout this process. I would not trust anyone else as much as I trust him and intend to go back to his shop if I ever need further assistance.
