Although Cohesion has only been open since September 2018, it is a compelling addition to this shopping strip. Immediately upon entering the store, I was struck by how good everything smelled, as well as the chic yet relaxed style of decor. Heather, the owner, mentioned that the candles are available in store, and shared her plans to branch out into more home accents and decorating items, in addition to the women's clothing and accessories currently offered. As far as the clothing selections, the items are unique and run the gamut from more dress-up dresses to everyday wear and athleisure, with a smattering of-the-moment sweaters and scarves in the mix. On my visit there were a number of cute jackets, including a white parka with an adjustable drawcord collar, and a crushed-raspberry colored velvet blazer. I ended up with a not-so-basic LBD with a lace panel and exposed back zip, and a tie-front striped button down shirt that can be transitioned with the seasons. Inventory changes on a weekly basis, and there are only a few selections of each style available in every size--all the more reason to snap up that favorite piece right when you are eyeing it, because it might not be there the next time.

They said it would take a couple of hours and they would text/call when they were finished. They took much shorter time called said they did not want anything. They offered to donate everything for us. We said no we have a place we normally donate to we would pickup and we took the bags of clothes back. A day or so after we had gotten home and I was going to pull Out the nicer things and give them to my niece I then discovered all the nicer things were gone along with all the winter sweaters. We called spoke with the manger she assured us they did not take them and she would reviewed the security camera. I suggested maybe they were placed in someone else's bags or boxes. She said no we were the only ones in that day. She sent us the security footage which is blurry at best. She said she would have the owner calls us that has been around 10 business days maybe more. We have not received a call. Basically they stole the clothes from us. We would have pretty much accepted any amount they offered but down right stealing from us I never dreamed they would do that. I recommend not leaving while they go through your things keep a watchful eye and don't leave before you review what you dropped off has been returned if they are buying. I have never been stolen from and lied to like this before. I thought you should be warned. All Of the J Crew stuff was taken, Talbots, Gap, Christopher and Banks, Chicos, Eileen Fisher, Madewell. Boutique shopping is the best and Pure by Jen is among the best in West County for a couple of reasons. The service is great and the associates are good about helping you choose items that compliment each other and your body type without making you feel pressured. The clothes and accessories are stylish, fun, trendy but not too young. And the prices are reasonable enough that you can leave with a complete outfit and zero guilt. The store always has a few great foundation pieces and this year my favorite is the criss-cross tank. I have one in black and cream and I'm probably going back for more. They also have great accessories and a handful of shoes, you should always dig through through the clearance rack because some of my best finds have been among those off-season items.
