For one suit... their systems must run on dial up with how slow it took for them to enter the info at the end and he was fine and calm but I was mind blown and now have a bad taste in my mouth and hope he isn't in any more weddings so we don't have to go back to this place.

My son got lots of clothes at the Kohl's in Creve Coeur. All the tags were taken off, and the sales…read morereceipt was shredded. But this ONE pair of shorts didn't work. Well, I think you're supposed to try the clothes on BEFORE you take all the tags off and BEFORE you shred the receipt. But that didn't happen. I took them back to THIS store, because the store of origination didn't have the needed size. Customer service is right up front -- which I found out after having walked half the store. OK, walking is a good thing. I had no tags, no receipt, BUT the purchase was on my Kohl's credit card. I was offered a refund or a replacement. I went quickly to the men's department (which is quite adjacent to Customer Service) and found a better size of the same short. That was so painless, the clerk was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was amazing!

Pros: clean store…read more Cons: absolutely nasty customer service. We bought $200 worth of clothes and the associate was trying to pressure us into getting a Kohls Credit Card. Hard no. When we told her no, she got snippy and said "your loss". Our loss? Nobody wants to pay high interest on your makeshift credit card, Kohls. Even worse, now my Mom goes to pay and swipes her debit card. She accidentally did her PIN backwards, and the card declines. The associate whispers to her co-worker "now I know why she didn't want that credit card. she can't even afford the one she has". WHAT? I didn't know someone could be so nasty. The girls continued snickering after we walked out the doors. We won't ever be back to this Kohls. I don't know why people have to be so nasty, so pushy, etc. Do better Kohls!!

I didn't have my husband's actual measurements, and the shirts I brought to compare were NOT all the same sizes! Dakota was optimistic and up for the challenge! (His supervisor didn't look so comfortable with this idea lol) Dakota spent a good couple of hours meticulously measuring and filling out a form, helped me decide on an obscure color my husband wanted, along with cuffs, collars, monogram, blahblah lol - he was soo patient! The shirt came in and Dakota packaged it for the birthday. Everything went wonderfully! Hubby was thrilled and looks HOT in his custom shirt! Dakota - see you soon!

I wear a larger size so I was thrilled to see multiple options in my size. They have a deal with adidas so be sure to pick up a comfy tracksuit too. From dressy to pajamas/lingerie, and any size between you will be surprised with the options. The prices claim to be heavily reduced, but you are still paying $20 -$120 depending on the item.
