When your web site says you open at 10, you should open at 10 or correct your site. Drove 30 miles only to have to wait for an hour. Super annoying!! read more

While I went in for a specific item, I attempted to acknowledge an employee by saying Hi, her reply was what did you say as she looked me in the eyes. So I replied Hi how are you and no reply was given as she began to talk to another employee. I retrieved my item and at the counter the cashier couldn't answer the question so the same employee had no answers. While this Kohl's has not been the only one I have shopped at, I don't know if I'll be back to this one. It seems that the employees choose who they will talk to. For a Saturday the store was quite empty of shoppers for a summer afternoon. Maybe someone else may have better customer service. read more

Love shopping here, always find what I'm looking for and they always have great prices. Now with Kohl's rewards account purchasing your gifts here add up to points that give you coupons and dollars off merchandise at later shopping periods. Clean well stocked store and friendly staff. The shirt was fine but I have many of similar shirts and wanted to return. I brought it back with tags on it and the original receipt. It was in the bag. After waiting for some time, the clerk, who was not helping anyone but checking inventory, decided to acknowledge me. I told her I wanted to return the shirt. She abruptely told me they do not accept returns. No where in the store or receipt does it say that! After trying to reason with this so called person, I gave up. THIS BUSINESS IS NOT REPUTABLE!!! I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING FROM THEM!

I have had the worse customer service experience of my life. My daughter purchased a Christmas gift for me a the local Kohl's store in Forsyth, IL that unfortunately didn't fit. I went into the store to exchange it with the gift receipt in hand without any luck. I had to return it and was given a merchandise credit even though I had proof of purchase, I didn't think anything of it as I was going to make a purchase online. The items I wanted were "sold out" so I settled for some practical items. My merchandise credit was for $69.21 I placed an online order for $128.51 after searching the website for a couple of hours. Once everything had arrived I decided to return one of the items totaling $21.25. The store wanted to issue me a second merchandise credit and that wasn't acceptable I explained to the customer service representative, I then requested a manager and they stood behind the fact that I could only receive an in-store credit regardless of the fact I'd spent additional funds on that purchase that were placed on my credit card. I was ultimately offered a corporate refund after calling 1-800-655-0704 on 01/21/22 and was told that the refund would be credited to the credit card used in 7 days. I called to follow up on 02/07/22 but that didn't happen. Only to be told that it would take 60 days and it would be in the form of a merchandise credit. The Customer Service Representative I talked with today was less than helpful nor was the manager that she transferred me to. He's supposed to escalate this issue to the president and stated that I will receive a call back with the outcome while informing that "he and his team will not have any further information on the matter." I firmly stated the expectation was to have my credit card credited for the amount owed to me. I've waited patiently and totally feel that I've been robbed as the store has the merchandise in their possession. In closing, It was made clear to me that customer service is not a priority with Kohl's at any level of service. read more
