It's ok. They don't have as much merchandise or sizes that they used to have before Covid. I always have to order online & have to return at the store. I also like to go to the store and shop, you know touch things. Getting very disappointed in their store. Oh, and they give you a coupon but you can't use it on so many thing! I used to love coming here, but their customer service has gone completely downhill. Just stopped by for the holidays and I went to pay my Kohl's credit card bill at the customer service desk. The woman was rude and treated me as if I was incompetent. Every department had products strewn everywhere, to the point where I was finding socks near the crock pot display. The line was wrapped around the jewelry display case, and it took about 20 minutes just to check out. Not to mention the HORRENDOUS parking lot you have to navigate just to come here. Made an online order for pick up at this location. Drove in from Howell and they only have 1 parking place in front for "Online order pick up". Anyway, the store is huge! looked nice and clean , I was lost, LOL I had no idea where "Customer Service" was located and there didn't seem to be any directions either, but a employee saw me looking and asked if she could help. Super nice and helpful in providing directions. Customer Service Team was polite, efficient and courteous to each person in line. read more

My girlfriend and I went to this store last night for a few things (me a polo, her some shorts) my girlfriend found some shorts and wanted me to go into the fitting room with her while she tried them on. My girlfriend has a disability that limits her putting clothes on herself so I had to help her. When we came out of the fitting room a lady that worked there (older lady black hair) was very disrespectful to us. The lady told us, i wasn't allowed in the fitting room with her at all regardless of the circumstances. Then the lady said, it was the kids fitting room. (Doesn't matter what fitting room it is) we left everything we were going to buy and left the store. This lady ruined our night. We will not be going back end of story!! If I could put 0 stars for this incident I would. I want this handled. read more

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Anywhere I buy a watch from a sizing is included with the price of the watch and as a courtesy. I bought a watch last night for over $100 from them, and was told to come back the next morning to have it sized since nobody was there from the jewelry department at the time. Which is fine. So I call just to make sure somebody from jewelry is there, and was told "We don't do sizing a anymore 'because of COVID.'" Absolute BS and nonsense. What does sizing a watch have to do with a virus? The associate is the same distance with a mask on regardless. Very poor customer service. Would have been nice if I was told that before I paid for the watch and spent the money. Will never go back save your money people do business with a company that actually cares about its customers. read more

Great store to shop at! They have everything you need. I like their clothing styles and the children's department is very nice. I've decorated my house inside and out. I noticed some not so great comments about the employees and I suppose everyone has a bad day. But overall, l find the employees are always happy to help you if you have a question or need help finding something. The store is always clean and tidy. As someone who has worked in retail, I know how hard it is to keep the store organized. I'm glad to have this type of store in the neighborhood. Aside from the malls, there aren't too many department stores left. read more

Never enough cashiers. Today Sunday 20 of us online only to find out we had to go to the back of the store to return. Got to customer service and there was a line of 10 people in front of us and 1 person at the counter !!! Horrible experience. Will never shop here again. read more

We've been shopping at this Kohl's location for years. Tucked in the corner of a shopping mall, there's always plenty of parking. Inside is well laid out, not the biggest Kohl's I've been to, but it's very clean and well stocked. There are always great sale deals and coupons, as with any Kohl's. My issues with Kohl's are not specific to this location, they are with the chain in general. I find their clothing not to fit well or flatter smaller body types, and usually the cute items are sold out in the smaller sizes. And don't even think about finding a cute baithing suit, the selection is downright matronly. If you're looking for well-priced costume jewelry, great sales on housewares or luggage, or purses and accessories, then this is a fun place to shop. But for all of the good intentions I come in with, very rarely do I end up buying clothes here. read more

Kohl's is a store that has great close out items with some incredibly low prices. Granted you have to shop to find them. They do make it pretty easy though. Search through the 70 and 80 percent off racks and you can find something at a low price. You can use a percentage off coupon on the discounted items, for an even better deal. I have brought items back and they make returns, exchanges, and refunds real easy. I've been going there for years now. Haven't had any complaints. Not even a cashier having a bad day. The employees are nice, helpful and pleasant. read more

In an effort to force customers to go to paperless statements, Kohl's has stop providing on-line electronic statements for those of us, who for whatever our reasons, need to receive them through the US Post Office. What a cheesy move! They've gone out of their way to reprogrammed their system to actually OMIT on-line statements for a certain class of customers. It's probably less expensive to simply upload all customer statements electronically, than to have to continuously update and 'deselect' those they want to try to push into going paperless. Taking into account the loss of goodwill among those needing paper statements, plus the expense it creates in Customer Service time, especially when their Reps are not even aware that Kohl's changed their policy and have removed the on-line statements from customers who chose paper statements, was this really a costs savings for this company? And what about all the recent fire and flood victims whose paper records are now destroyed? At Kohl's current interest rate of 26.99%, who believes they can't afford to maintain automated on-line statements for everyone, while still providing paper statements for those who still need them. I used to love this store but it's gone downhill. The women who work at this store are the rudest people in the world. And that doesn't even begin to cover it. The worst costumer service I've ever seen. I know they have always had price gauging but now it's just ridiculous. Perhaps I will use my app in the future to see if I can find some good deals but I've had too many bad experiences in this store to ever go back. read more
