Kohlmeier was able to fit us in for a potential emergency with a herbst device. They were extremely kind and compassionate. So excited I found them when I did! The ladies at the front desk were kind and patient with everyone that came their direction. The office was clean and fun decorated for shark week. They are amazing, and assembled a whole staff of amazing people who turn the (often painful and uncomfortable) journey of having braces into something you are glad you did. I just took my braces off after almost 3 years, and highly HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs to perk up the smile or deal with more serious dental problems. The dentistry is ok, from both my children's perspespective. Working with the billing is horrendous. EVERY time I call to pay my portion-a percentage, shared with their dad, I can't get a straight answer and am on the phone for over 20 minutes. I just called up to make a payment in full on what I owe and they can't give me a number. I teach math, and the amount and how they figured it, was so off base. 58% of 160. That's not hard....multiply that by 15 and then the last payment of 98.50...take 58% of that. The number they had...over 1700! Now they were supposed to call me in 10 minutes because of course they close at 12:00 I teach hs school math. I cant call during my lunch (21 minutes) and my plan period, I tried once and was on the phone all hr. I've never had so much of an issue....i'm sure they have divorced parents that do this all the time...but you'd think its unheard of. This has gone on for well over a year. It happened with my daughter as well, just not to this extent. read more

I started out seeing Dr. Hayden, but was later transferred to Dr. Kohlmeier and I have to say, he is amazing! He is extremely kind and was able to explain things in ways I was able to relate to. He got me on the fast track to getting my braces off and being happy with the result. I was also a transfer from Alaska which made my case a little more complicated. All the girls in the office are great, but Alisha is especially wonderful! I'm not sure I would've made it through without her! My small mouth made for quite the struggle and I always requested Alisha, poor thing! But I always wanted her because she is the absolute best! We couldn't be happier with Hayden Kohlmeier Orthodontics! They have treated our 3 kids and my husband and myself (who have always wanted straighter teeth, but once we saw our kids' gorgeous smiles after the doctors and staff worked their magic on them, we were jealous and jumped on board too!), so we can say with confidence (because we are frequent fliers at this office!), they are amazing! The doctors are the Dream Team, their staff is always very nice and helpful, the waiting room is always clean and festive and has a super great kids' area! Dr. Hayden even met us on a Saturday to fix a wire my daughter popped off because we were leaving town on vacation the next day. Between us all we've done braces and Invisalign, and they are experts at both. The cost has always been all-inclusive and we've never been asked to pay for any service or extra items above that. They communicated every step of the way, take a wholistic approach to orthodontics and we never feel rushed at any of our appointments...and to top it all off, they have really great chapstick flavors at the counter too! :) read more

Dr. Hayden and his staff are all wonderful. My children were patients for 2 years until a recent move, sigh. The entire staff always went above and beyond for our family, they truly cared about my children. The technology they use gives you a visual of current issues (before orthodontic care) as well as the end result to be achieved with braces.
