My wife and I had a great time at the Koenig distillery sampling some spirits and enjoying the spectacular view. We had perfect seating in front of a picture window overlooking their peach orchard. The staff were very friendly, especially Krisanna, and it was great that they engaged in conversation rather than just popping around for drink orders. It made us feel like we were regulars rather than first timers. We were happy to discover that they have a bar as well as tastings so we could taste their quality products in cocktails. Loved the distillery. Very welcoming in with a cute store as you walk in. Lots to try, but our favorite was the mixed drink flights. All of them were very delicious. It was hard to choose which one was my favorite. I would definitely come back again. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was perfect because it was not busy surprisingly. We had a great visit to Koenig Distillery; we actually heard about it from a guy we met on the plane, and it ended up being a solid recommendation. The property itself is beautiful and well kept, making it a nice place to spend some time. The self-guided tour is quick but well done. While there's no docent walking you through, you're still able to see the setup and get a good feel for the distilling process at your own pace, which we enjoyed. The gift shop is impressive, with a wide variety of quality items, though it does lean a bit on the pricier side. That said, everything feels thoughtfully curated. They do offer some small snacks to order alongside your drinks, which is a nice touch if you want something light while tasting. As for the spirits, everything we tried was delicious. They offer some really solid bourbons and ryes. We also picked up some incredible Vermont maple syrup and honey made right on the grounds, which were standout additions. Super great distillery in the Sunny Slopes area of western Idaho. For anyone interested in good spirits, would highly recommend. They serve a number of whiskeys, brandys, vodkas, and gin. It is a beautiful location set in green rolling hills and orchards (of fruit that they make their vodka and brandy from). Good flight options, but hard to choose from the options since Idaho law only allows three 0.5oz tasting pours. Super nice staff, beautiful open seating area with games and a relaxing vibe. Also great merch! You can also take yourself on a tour of the distillery and barrel room. Would definitely come back again when in the area. read more

Did a tasting, but it's somewhat pointless. You can only do one tasting, and only three small samples of each item. So, there's so much you may be curious about but can secure no answer for. Only food option is fish and chips truck. Great if you love deep fried things, like fish. We don't, preferring fresh fare such as cheese, fresh greens, apples even. Or toast tips. We bought a good deal of huckleberry vodka, a logo sweatshirt, and more. Recommend that you eat prior to coming. You can order a small mixed drink, such as old fashioned. read more

Koenig distillery was a fun visit! We were seated and ordered 3 tastings of various liquors. I enjoyed all my tastings - huckleberry vodka, peach vodka and the honey bourbon. Service was great! It's a beautiful spot. They had a food truck available if you wanted to make a picnic! This was the first stop on our wine day so we moved on. I will return! read more

Very nice facility. I went because I am a big bourbon junkie, I was to see the place. They let you walk into the Rick House un-chaperoned and well as their distillery. They have some beautiful still i l life a large column still. I was impressed. The whiskey is good and they will let you try and purchase three for $10. If you more clears, they have an assortment of brandy and vodka both flavored and unflavored. read more

What a beautiful distillery! Had a lovely afternoon with my wife here. Had their spirits tasting. Sampled several of their whiskeys there Honey and Caldwel night rodeo bourbon whiskey was amazing! The Gin was super floral. And the flavored peach vodka was delicious. Such a beautiful scenery, and terrific grounds. Seems like a great place for a venue like a wedding. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Also did a self guided tour of the distillery and barrel House. read more
