The thing I like most about this store is they have a really good second hand section with lots of refurbished camera's and accessories for around 1/3rd of their original cost. I bought my 5D body second hand from here and it has lasted me so well with no issues yet! But even if there was an issue I wouldn't be worried as the staff here have excellent contacts and ideas when it comes to fixing Canon products. The staff are so great, they really know what they are talking about, I could chat with them for ages about new products and old faithful ones and everything in-between. They stock the two main brands here, Canon and Nikon as well as an excellent range of after market accessories that are top quality and work well with both brands.

I was recommended this shop by my Dad when I asked him if he knew of any good places to get cheap…read morephotography accessories such as soft-boxes and remotes. Usually I would just hire them as I need them, but I realised I was starting to use them quite a bit so decided purchasing them would be better for me in the long run. When I walked in I was greeted really nicely by the dude working there and he pretty much asked me straight away what I was looking for because I was the only customer in there. He was so helpful, I told him what I was planning on doing with each product and he gave me the best ones for the job, not the most expensive ones either which I appreciated as it showed he wasn't just looking to make money. I came out with a great little soft-box and a handsfree remote all for around $150 which may sound expensive, but when it comes to photography gear this was pretty darn cheap.

The service in this store is the most appalling I have ever received. I ordered a collage of…read morephotos - I was very specific about how I wanted it done and was told that it would not be a problem. on receiving the photo collage it was not as expected, not as ordered and it had taken a week longer than I was told it would take. The owner Craig was not just hopelessly unhelpful but in fact downright rude, He aggressively told me that there was no way they could do what I wanted and that they were far too busy coming up to Xmas and what I wanted was impossible. After leaving the store another customer who had been present during his tirade came to find me, concerned for my welfare and said that she had never seen such disgusting unhelpful behaviour as displayed by the store owner.. A subsequent phone call to the owner resulted in him shouting and abusing me. I have not received any apology or refund for poor/incorrect work. I have paid $281 for a product that I did not order. Worse that the loss of money was the abuse I received from the owner of this store. Customer service/quality of goods - he's clearly never heard of either.............UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL
