The most obvious reason is that of course you want to smell what you're getting. But also I just love the whole ambiance when all the studios at the Northrup King building open up to let you wander around. And acutally, a really cool thing to do is save your used containers and bring them back, and they will sell you a replacement candle of the same size for half off! These are very thoughtfully crafted candles, with unique scents that I have gotten compliments on from my houseguests. They have new creations each time I come in, and they have different styles depending on your preferences. Some I've liked much more than I expected, like Tomato Garden, I've been stocking up on that scent, very pleasant! Check their socials for when they're open, but I think the normal thing is on Saturdays from 9-4 and on the first Thursday evening of each month.

Her story is very inspiring and I love how she's passionately sharing her talents with others. All of her candles are environmentally friendly and she also offers a candle exchange program that promotes healthy and sustainable choices for avid candle users who wish to recycle. Excelsior Candle Co is perfect for a date night, gathering with family or friends, or anyone that's interested in making their own candles with a guide. Her sessions are also very reasonably priced and are of great value. I think my favorite scent of all time was made by Heidi and it's her Guilt Free Egg Nog candle.... Thanks to her, every room in my home is warmly scented and I couldn't be more happy! FYI- They are inside Northrup King Building - Floor 2, Studio 206

The two key items purchased: I had purchased what is one of, to date, my favorite spheres that I own. I own over a dozen. (A flawless Flower Agate Sphere, I cannot express or put into words how stunning it is, truly, it is beautiful) and the second is a remarkable Moss Agate Tower and it is MASSIVE ‐ it could have it's own gravitational pull, it emits thick and healthy energy and is damn near perfect.) From my observation, all of the stones were high quality. As someone who has been in the spiritual & stone/crystals business since 2013, I can say I've had my fair dealings with stores that sell crystals and stones and I can spot a "fake shop" a mile away, this place is legit. I can say with confidence, I didn't question or have doubts about anything they had available. If you're ever in this location, visit. The owner, cares about their customers experiences. There were two people working, one welcomed when entering, however the other had more of a "I'd rather not be here" vibe - my facial expressions are subtitles so I understand lol. We are human. After hearing from the owner, it changed my mind entirely which is why I am correcting this review. They contacted me regarding my review within 24 hours. As a business owner, I respect that. When a business owner is that attentive, they don't let incidents slip. Which makes me believe I made the mistake and misunderstood. With that being said, again, if you're ever in this area, check this place out. You could very well leave with something that could be the center piece of your collection or the perfect gift for a loved one. Even if that loved one just so happens to be you and you loved it so much you couldn't leave without it.. so.... yep.... I've been that loved one a few times.
