Because the cost of gold is extremely high and even with a light weight bangle, the cost was still too high. So I decided to pivot and get a sterling silver bangle but I wanted it personalized. Then, I found this shop (thanks yelp), and decided to check it out. It's in the same building as Poke Fix. I had to sign in with the security guard at the front and then took the elevator to spot. It's a small suite and the owner is very nice and I told him what I wanted. He helped me choose a sterling silver bangle with an enamel raised lettering for my name, with a traditional design. It took less than 72 hours for me to pick up my bracelet and it is beautiful. I am so pleased with it. Thank you, leilei jewelry! I've followed Around The Pearl since their shop at the Ohana Hale Marketplace which is sadly now is gone and replaced by a condominium so I'm happy to hear many of the tenants has found home all around town Around the Pearl is here in Ala Moana Center. You can find them at Target Wing on the Lower Level near Tiger Sugar though is very easily found as they have a projector beaming their logo on their front door. It's easy to see why I'd visit them with the load of various Tahitian Pearls in ever form of jewelry for both men and women but the owner who is from Tahiti brings over various beautiful pearls and will sell them to you in various grades as well. The imperfections are perfectly beautiful and so are many other lovely shades that they do come in and he also will drill holes in them for you as well. Whatever size you want the holes to be drilled and all at great deal, I make all my bangles with his pearls only as I know they are genuine and will describe any pearls you may have questions about. Nothing like authentic which is the best deal which he does offer great prices along with various sizes and colors as well. Thank you!

You're my favorite shopping center because of the free parking, cool air conditioning, clean environment, and fantastic variety of shopping options and foodie adventures! I knew exactly where this vendor - Around The Pearl - was located because I have been browsing their merchandise almost everytime I visited OHM. In my head, I thought that one day... I would own some Tahitian Pearls... and the day finally arrived! Luckily, one of my friends tagged me on an Instagram Contest, sponsored by OHM, and I entered. That's really nice of the management of OHM to help small businesses advertise their vendors and help them bring in customers! OHM contacted me and gave my name and number to Around The Pearl. After looking at the Instagram photos online, I had a better idea of what I wanted to get. When I got to Around The Pearl, the owner, Steeve, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He said that he and his wife, Nadine (great name), are from Tahiti. They bring the pearls in directly from Tahiti and have been in business for over 20 years. They supply pearls to local retailers... so... get your pearls here! The prices are better and are of the same high quality! I told Steeve that I didn't want a necklace, ring, or bracelet because I'm kinda clumsy. Of course, he patiently showed me all of the earrings. At first, I wanted lever back style so that I won't lose the earrings. Then, I saw the heart shaped hoops and that was it. They're different and won't fall off the ears! LOL! Perfect!
