While the planners, themselves are not caterers, they are responsible for over seeing every aspect of the event. The meal was served about two hours after the prescribed 5 o'clock start time. As a planner, you should know that no one eats at the start of an event. I was in food service for 14 years before a recent career change, so I know that food should and can be held for up to four hours without much diminishing of quality. There is no need to go into detail on how to prepare, hold, display, and serve a meal. The chicken was dry. The vegetables were over done. There were no knives available to cut the chicken. I can guarantee that I heard no one rave over the food. To the contrary, there were numerous outpouring of dissatisfaction for the service pertaining to the meal. In closing, I would like to say that it does not reflect well on you, the planner/business owner, to repress your own inaccuracies by putting blame on others.

The fashion show has it runway and show next to Neiman Marcus department store at second floor. The runway modesl fly out the runway when the show start. Sometimes you will catch the detail of the dress when they walk by. Some of them even have two pieces extendable dress and you will immediately understand how they work. During the swimming suit runway show, the models are playful with different post and they make it interesting. Tonight there are two designers stand out on their design. I like the Wendy Ohlendorf Magenta collection for the evening gown and Oscar de la Portilla Escandon. Oscar design is actually hand painted dresses and they are very colorful with center piece in the right place. The fashion week really bring a lot heat for the next summer collection. We were fortunate in the first row to take the picture of the show.

The setting was exquisite and the models were a mix of beautiful and not so beautiful. They highlighted the fashions oh so nicely. I loved the emcees. They were a blast and quite lively. I loved the music and it made me so energetic for a Wednesday night. I loved the Aston Martin like that would ever be my car but hey, hopefully they can sell even just one. They had a few vendors selling fashion, fancy drinks, jewelry, and fashion school.hey why not. That is fitting. Parking was kind of a pain. If u didn't stay in the hotel u had to park in a further garage and not do valet. There's a parking lot next door, and I was able to get the one spot that was free. All in all, a great event. This is a good place for a birthday party…read more My daughter had a birthday party at United Skates, and I thought it was a pretty good experience, but I didn't like how disorganized the skate rentals were, and the metal detector at the entrance was a bit intimidating. This fall, we have been to two birthday parties at SkateWorld, and I think they were significantly superior to the party at United Skates. Better neighborhood (no metal detector), easy skate rentals, easier check in. Food was similarly bad (looking - I didn't taste), but there were more options to order if you wanted something other than pizza (they had wings, sandwich platters, etc.). If my daughter decides on a skating party in the future, we'll be coming to SkateWorld rather than returning to United Skates. My only concern is the parking situation. There's no problem for the Sunday parties, but on a Saturday, there really isn't enough parking for the venue capacity.

Monique was more than patient with me and the situation and navigated me through the steps in a way that i was 100% comfortable and, in fact, ShutterBooth was the only piece of the party that I didn't have to fret over. Our booth was set up on time, looked great, was a hit. At the end of the evening the booth was broken down and gone before most of the guests even knew what was going on. (can't do that with the online companies) And when she did not have a butterfly balloon with the colors I like in stock, she searched and found me the perfect one. They made me the arch for over my lighted 70 numbers on the patio and a column for inside my home. Then Charlie, delivered the balloons at the scheduled time and secured them to my lighted umbers. And, their prices are reasonable compared to the quotes I received online. I had personal service and more balloons than what the others were going to provide. My pictures are not that good, just know that they were more beautiful in person. I highly recommend them
