Walking in it looks like the speciality balloons were bought on temu with many of them in unlabeled plastic bags. We found the only gold 4 and a gold 2 and the gentleman said essentially that they are small but they said 32". He pointed to a different display. We looked but they didn't have the numbers we needed or matching colors. We went with the 32" and asked for 6 regular balloons and checked out. We asked to pick them up the next morning which was fine and took home a little balloon sign to hang up. In the morning my husband went to pick them up and the 4 wouldn't float so the same man showed him and unmatched 2 and 4 instead but had no other replacement options. He took a refund. At home the sign reading "happy bday" would only half inflate. It was disorganized, we were unable to clearly communicate and were not satisfied with this business.

Second of all, if you had any integrity, you would have responded to my calls and text to try to figure out the problem instead of responding only to this poor review. To your point about my wife and the door, my wife has an infant and wasn't watching over your guys every step through the house. She didn't even notice what happened to the door. And it's a door that no one else uses except for your guys when they had to open it to bring in the tables and chairs. It's not a big deal to me. I got it fixed. Fortunately I can manage.
