The repair was a success but the company has not responded to resolve a billing invoice problem. After leaving 6 unanswered voice mails with you, I still have an unresolved issue which has yet to be acknowledged or addressed by your company to date. I have insurance through Choice Home Warranty. They contracted you to do the repair work. I paid you the service fee of $65.00, and at the technician's insistence the deposit payment of $1,500. After he completed the work I paid him the balance of $1,936. So when he left, your company has been paid in full for the entire repair. The insurance company also paid you the deposit fee of $1,500, so you were paid twice for the deposit. The insurance company insists that you owe me the deposit of $1,500, not them.Your company has been paid approximately $5,500 for the $3,936 invoice.
