I am very satisfied with the service I received from Central Wildlife Removal (aka Critter…read moreSolutions). James was professional, prompt and good quality. He resolved our recurring problem with racoons in the attic with no re-infestation (after 6 months). Additionally, he was able to identify and plug the entry point of bats accessing the attic via a small gap in the vinyl siding (it was poorly installed). I recommend James and will use him again in the future.

He texted to confirm the appointment time. He was well educated, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in appearance and conversation. The moles had a number of tunnels all over my yard, some appearing more active than others. Instead of treating the whole yard and giving me a bill, he let me know the cost for the treatment for each area of my large yard, so I could determine what to spend and where to focus the treatments for the most impact to the moles and the least impact to my budget. He also informed me of organic preventive strategies that could be used safely around kids and pets to deter moles if I chose to utilize those. I would not hesitate to call them again.
