Some of the group classes are useless because I registered for a group class which was for a month, and in them for two weekends there's no class and the classes are available only for two weekends which essentially means that I pay for an entire month for two classes and on the other hand the individual classes are like 16$ *2 per person which is way less than 126$ for a month of two classes. They really need to work on operations of managing the classes because the customer service team is way confused when we ask more questions and they aren't helpful at all. As a facility, it's very well maintained with all the facilities. But I eventually end up not using them because of their operational inefficiencies. Hopefully they get better.

What I absolutely loved about this place are the coaches. They are truly amazing! The coaches are very passionate about tennis and dedicated to providing the best lessons to their students. During the 2-hour lesson I signed up for, they did their utmost to deliver high-quality instruction. They genuinely wanted us to fall in love with tennis and immerse ourselves in the game. Although it is a bit far from where I live, I will definitely visit this place again for lessons and to play tennis. No pets allowed to keep the wildlife safe. They have a driving range, and even a course for disc golf too. They have quite a lot of tournaments here for everything- even HS cross country meets. The fitness trail is 2 miles and relatively well maintained; there are Porta-potties around which can be a life saver. Free to use the fitness trail. I've seen people be here very early in the am- open sunrise to sunset. There is also the restaurant Von Ebert on site- We haven't been in a few years but they have happy hour and daily specials. Pretty large parking lot and street parking too.

Before posting this review, I have tried contacting the owner several times about child safety -- with no response. Here are a couple of child safety issues I have observed: -- Instance #1: About two months ago on a week night, a one and a half year old ran out from the kids center. And due to short staffing, it wasn't noticed by staff members. Luckily, I stopped the child from running out to the gym floor. When I brought this to the director's attention, (Cindy), she said that it never happened because the cameras didn't see it happen. Scoffing and rolling her eyes. She then got back on her tablet, and ignored me. --Instance #2: The child care was short staffed. When this happens, they put the older kids with the infants/toddlers. On a few of those instances, other parents and I, have seen the older kids hurt the smaller children (violently at times). After witnessing this, I tried to find the Director and she was no where to be found. She was on "Break". -- Instance #3: Last night (4/7/26) at roughly 5:15 pm. There was one staff member to probably 20 kids. I tried to talk to the director. Once again, she rudely rolled her eyes at me. Then her and the front desk girl started laughing and mocking me. And said within earshot, "What's her f**** problem". Hopefully after posting this review the, child safety issues are addressed. And the employee culture as well. ***Review update: The owner finally contacted me, and he said all the right things. I will update the review further if changes regarding the safety issues and toxic employee culture are truly addressed. ***

Both times the people around were not welcoming. The Easter egg hunt we didn't even get to do because they ran out of eggs after the first group even though 100s of people RSVP'd online. During the May tournament there were club members who were very unkind and you could tell they were proud to show off how much better they were than the beginners that showed up. They promote new classes and coaching but based on my experiences with multiple club members I would not want to be a new person in this space. The owner seems nice and passionate about his work and the courts are well taken care which is unfortunate as I would have loved to try this place out if I didn't feel I'd be judged the whole time.
