I randomly had got a gum infection where my wisdom tooth was at and was in agonizing pain. I called a few oral surgeons and couldn't get in for 2 weeks. I got referred to this place and the staff was super sweet and got me in the same day. They were incredibly welcoming. I was able to get my extraction the next day. I was horrified. The dr did such an amazing job I didn't even suffer any pain and barely had swelling. I will forever appreciate the dr and his great staff. They really know how to treat people. I felt like I was a regular to that office because of how awesome they were even thoe it was my first time there. I can not thank the surgeon and his staff enough for all they did for me and so quickly. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys

The front desk insisted that they had called me, but I never received any notice. Instead of offering a solution or any apologies, they tried to reschedule me three weeks later. This experience was extremely frustrating -- I took time off but only to be turned away at the last minute. Clear communication and respect for patients' time should be a basic standard of care, and unfortunately that was missing here.
