I called Triple AAA and was assigned 101 towing for their services…read more I was in the process of moving and this quik tow essentially tried to steal my car just because I had not driven it in a while due to circumstances in life. I was lead too 101 towing and recovery an needed a miracle. I was in a pretty compromised situation of not having to much extra money to pay to get the car back. The reason why I'm leaving a review is because of Tim. He was chill as can be and assured me that even though I didn't have the cars keys at the time he came to pick the car up from the tow yard. He assured me that even though I was lacking he would be able to still assist. Long story made short he got the car and delivered it to my home with no expense to me due too the Triple AAA coverage my family has. Tim was a delight to deal with very promp, professional and charmingly courteous despite my blunders that had gotten me their in the first place. Everything happens for a reason and honestly it felt like Tim was heaven sent and determined to do what he does best which is help pick people up when they find themselves down in a similar situation. I am appreciative to Triple AAA for referring such an awesome tow service. I wish him and his business all the best going forward for doing God sent work an with no reluctance and enthusiasm. Thanks Tim from 101 Towing and recovery

As I previously stated run from them. My son's car was damaged and they did it. The zip ties had…read morenothing to do with the bumper. The zip ties are on the undercarriage. The fact that this company doesn't take accountability is disgraceful. The driver has no clue how to tow a lowered vehicle. He struggled for 30 minutes to even get it on the ramp and during that ripped the bumper off. Told my son that he did it and it was going to come out of his paycheck, he admitted it and then lied when he got back to their shop. This business is a mess and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. So don't risk having your car damaged end of story. What you should review is how unethical your business is, and the fact that your driver admitted to my son that he damaged his car and now he's lying.

So glad I called these guys! There is never really a good time to have car troubles. I have…read moredefinitely experienced all kinds of car problems, basically since I bought my first car. I have had spectrum of car problems. I am definitely guilty of carelessly leaving my lights on overnight, draining my battery, and waking up to a dead battery before work or class, which is always unexpected and terribly annoying. I have also had a small rock fly into my car, puncturing my AC condenser, while driving on the highway, during the middle of the summer. Not fun when ya live in Phoenix Arizona. This time, I was approx. 25 miles away from home. While I was driving around the area, my car started smelling pretty funky, like, definitely off. So, I found the nearest parking area, popped the hood of my car, and clouds of chemical fumes were coming out-like, I thought my car was going to blow up, for sure. So instead of risking it, I decided getting my car towed back to my place was the best course of action because at that point I had no idea what happened, and didn't want to exacerbate the problem. So I did some googling, called around, until I found 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing. I was happy with the short wait time and super reasonable prices they quoted, so decided to make the arrangements. Within less than 15 minutes, my driver, Sam, showed up. He was professional and personable, and honestly, the service at 24/7 Rapid Discount Towing made my stressful situation a whole lot easier. Reasonable prices, friendly professional people, and overall great service-I definitely recommend calling these guys!

The response time was decent and equipment fairly good…read more However, the thing about polyurethane coated work gloves is they certainly keep the grease off the hands of the Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees so when they get home they are nice and clean. However, the grease that the polyurethane surface blocks from getting on their hands then gets transferred to whatever it is of the customers' that the driver touches next, such as upholstery, shifter nob, door handle, ignition key and as in my case steering wheel. I have a low-profile sports car and its accompanied by a low steering wheel. As such, when you slide in and slide out, the top of your right thigh will touch the bottom of the steering wheel. After Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC dropped my car off in front of my house and with the driver still idling there, I got into it to drive my car he just towed and dropped off in front of my house into my garage. However, when I got in, I looked down and noticed globs of grease streaked all across the top of my right thigh. It was fresh, gooey and, as I mentioned, in globs on the fabric of my light colored khaki shorts. Not having any idea where all this grease could have come from, but now having to change out of my clothes, I grabbed hold of my steering wheel to get out. When I grabbed the steering wheel with my right hand to begin getting out is when I felt a sticky glob on my hand. As it turns out, the grease was on the surface of several areas of my steering wheel. So while polyurethane gloves are indeed great for keeping Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC employees clean, those gloves serve to just transfer Prestigious Towing & Recovery, LLC messes onto the surface of the interior of their customers' vehicles.
