Paid for inspection of house in order to find leak because water bill increase. Repeatedly stated…read morethat I didn't want to have line replaced if not necessary because my brother passed away and the house was to be sold. I was told there were no leaks so it "must be in the line from house to meter". They did nothing to check for leaks in the ground before digging. $120 paid for inspection and $3000 - minus there original inspection fee. After the ground was dug up, sidewalk destroyed, and the yard a mess the new line-was installed (no leak showing but meter still running) I asked about the faucet to the washer and found that is indeed where the water was running. $3000 wasted on waterline replacement because professional plumbers didn't "think" to look there! I feel they were responsible but they offered no reduction in price.

We have been using Apex Plumbing (John) for several years now. He is quick to respond,…read moreknowledgeable, and very fair with his pricing. He is married to our friends daughter and that is how we found out about him. He is super friendly and easy going. He has always fixed our plumbing issues (stopped up sink and or washing machine line) in an hour of less and typically comes within a day or two. If we can wait. If we need him right away he will be there. I am pretty sure John worked with his father until he retired and took over the business and has probably been doing this kind a work for 15+ years. I highly recommend. He is neat, efficient and again and most importantly he is knowledgeable. Gets the job done.

We were recommended Pat during the purchase and sale of our home last year. He was awesome as the…read morehouse we bought had a 30+ yr old monster that he kept working and did service calls same day several times. We recommended him to many different people. Then we were doing a remodel, we called him in to see what we could do about moving a return and supply lines. He gave us a pretty cheap estimate and said call him when the walls were out. We called, he came and cut new holes in the walls for the return and said he would be back on Monday because he needed more supplies. He never answered the phone again. Didn't even tell us that he couldn't do it, just wouldn't respond. After a week with holes in the ceiling to the attic and stuck on the timeline of our reno because nothing could be moved forward until the duct work was moved, our A/C failed and stopped working. We called again and said even if not doing the duct work, please help us. Temps are 105 and no air. No response. We called someone else for a $400 fix and contracted another company for duct work for $3300. Also there was a vent from the furnace with a recalled part and a cracked pipe. It was leaching carbon monoxide into our house when the heat was on. He has seen our 3 little kids, and told us nothing about any of this. Now we are going to have to replace the system. I really trusted Pat and liked him a lot but I feel horribly let down after this.
