Sadly, communication was completely inconsistent. It took their office weeks to get back to emails so when I tried to cancel within the two week policy or at least figure out scheduling before the start of the new month they would let emails go unchecked because they were out of office. Incredibly sad experience.

In one instance, I arrived 10 minutes early for my lesson, as always. The instructor was running behind, which I understood, so I waited. However, by the time my lesson finally started, 20 minutes of my scheduled time had already passed. Instead of making up for the lost time, the instructor ended my session as originally scheduled--meaning I only got 10 minutes and didn't even get to ride. What did I do in those ten minutes? Get the horse saddled and ready for the next client. When I brought this up, I was assured it wouldn't happen again... yet I was still charged in full. Then, after experiencing a sudden medical emergency, I reached out to request a refund for the current month (which had just been charged since I was able to ride anymore). Their response? A dismissive email telling me to "plan better next time," as if I could schedule a medical emergency in advance. They ignored my follow-up and still haven't refunded me. The management is unprofessional, the customer service is nonexistent, and the way they treat clients is unacceptable. Don't even get me started how the older man spoke to me. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Warning: do not book with this place!…read more I flew out to visit my daughter who lives in northern Arizona. My husband had booked a two hour ride for two for $160.00 cash, only. My daughter and I drove, 30 minutes from where we were staying, to the address listed. However the map showed a residence. We backtracked one block to the backside of the original location; which was a sort of park like drive, but had a horse head on the gate. We asked if this was for riding, since there was no stables, fences, or horses, plural. We were asked for the money, given hats, told, we couldn't use our phones (for safety reasons) then told to climb up onto the sink to mount the horse that was brought into the area. Ditto for my daughter, a grown woman also. The worst part was that two people held onto our horses and literally walked the horses for forty five minutes; which they stated was the time! My view was the horses backside and the back of my daughter! I didn't know that we were booked for two hours! However, I was ready turn around as soon as I realized how messed up this was. I wish I could give it a negative 100! Ps: we were suggested to use our own cell, now, for bogus "fun" pictures! They pushed the horses together and told us to get ready for the picture. I held back because of my daughter.

As you approach this home you obviously see whatever they are doing is well with 2 teslas sitting out front. It wasn't till you see off to your left where the horses are. As we walked thru the fence area to go see if we were at the correct spot, I asked the lady in the arena giving horse lessons if this was the place for the house trails, as she seemed bothed, yet extremely, she started yes. We then asked if she had a fracility, she informed us no, since covid. As we were looking around to and contemplating where to head to the restroom to get back in time for our 830 trail ride, she was quick to respond with "I can return your money", which she repeated numerous times. Needles to say, the amount money she makes it charges, they can't afford Porta potties, signs, common courtesy. Needles to say she ruined my man's bday and a gift to my child for doing well in school. I will never recommend them to anyone

When I first arrived my horse had very calm horses on either side of him. Shortly thereafter Joanne allowed a high strung horse to be stabled next to my horse which created issues. I asked Joanne if she would move the high strung horse and she did not. There very small riding arena has 4 to 5 inches of sand which is not suitable to ride in as it will cause suspensory issues to your horse. A sand based riding arena should be 1 to 2 inches. One of Joanne's horses chewed and destroyed my very expensive halter I kindly asked her to replace it she said she would but after 4 weeks it still hasn't been replaced. They lock up the feed room and do not allow you access to your own supplements and grain which is unheard of in a barn. Joanne did not disclose that her neighbor to the east hates her so much that he fires up the lawnmower or something very loud daily to disrupt the horses and your experience while at the barn. Joannes cursing is offensive and she's constantly ranting and raving. Joanne and Liz created a very stressful environment for my horse and myself and therefore I would never recommend this place to anybody under any condition or situation.
