I have been meaning to stop in for months but I never think about it until I have somewhere else to be and am passing it on Bridge road! Make sure you're looking for it because if you are headed toward Carrollton away from Harbor View it is on the right side of the road but you have to turn off before you get to the bridge onto a little side street right by the Fireflies sign. It's a small gravel road that leads to the shop right by the water. It's so charming. There are about 7-8 parking spaces outside. Once you walk inside it's so cute - there are thousands of amazing little hand-crafted gems inside. You'll find jewelry, housewares, baby stuff, men's stuff, accessories, art, vases, etc. etc. etc. There is a small room off to the left with men-themed stuff like cooling after-shave stuff, ties, and a hundred other neat little goodies if you need a gift for one of the men in your life. In the next room I found more things like scarves, wine stuff, mermaid items and in the following room (with a view of the bridge and water) is a treasure trove of the cutest baby stuff I have ever seen. Like EVER. I need someone to get pregnant so I can go ransack the place. Stuffed animals, Faery doors, wall signs, piggy banks, male and female-themed items... you name it. I wanna buy it for someone. Haha. The main room has a bunch of beachy-themed things, some food stuffs, some pillows, wall decor, house decor, jewelry, globes and lights. The lady behind the counter was also really friendly and we made small-talk while she answered a few questions I had on two items I was really interested in but needed to size for my home. Went in for something specific that was in stock and went to pay and the self-check machine would…read morenot take my credit card. It's not a prepay card, it's a regular card through my bank. Tried again and nothing. It wasn't declined, just said not accepted. So I asked an associate and they said, "yes, we take credit cards." So I tried again and nothing. So I got back in line, but this time with an associate. She rang it up, asked for credit card and then asked for my pin. I told her this credit card doesn't have a pin because I don't use it as debit, I use it as a credit card. She said, " well, it will only work with a pin." I asked why she told me they accepted credit cards when they don't and she replied that they do accept credit cards. Very frustrating since I use this same card every where else and it's fine. When I came back a few minutes later with cash, the associate was talking negatively about me and making fun. It seems some employees just come to work for a paycheck nowadays and have no idea about the ins and outs of their job. Not only that, but the associate and representative of Michael's had zero tact and a lot to learn about growing up. DO BETTER MICHAEL'S... with signage (if something is or isn't accepted)... and with the hiring process (be weary of the rude and childish employees-they make you look bad). One star for selection of items, one star for having various holiday selections. And that's being generous. Zero stars for quality of worker.

They only ordered the medication today. I would rate them minus 10. My daughter is going without medication until they can get it since all seizure medication is controlled. I can't even transfer to another store to get it because they can't order. It. May not be Walgreens fault. Just adds to the angst.

They answer the phones like they don't like their jobs, as if they have an attitude that you even would even call them while they're trying to fill prescriptions, and have the audacity to act like you are the problem when you've been nothing but polite and kind. I just called to check on my prescription that I needed three weeks ago. It needed a prior authorization. I waited call today. I was told she couldn't find anything for me. Then when I told her the name of the medication , She finally found it. I asked her were you guys planning to tell me that it was approved or how does that work? It was as if I owed her an apology for asking, this has got to be the absolute worst customer service experience, most unprofessional pharmacy in the history of pharmacies. I'm not sure how these people interview when they first apply for these jobs, but I would like to be a fly on the wall. They need Customer Service classes because when we bring our hard earned money to you all (because insurance sucks,)we wait and we're courteous, warm and friendly, and we say hello we expect the same in return, is that not too much to ask for eye contact do better Walgreens!!!!!! Reviews looked great on Yelp and Google so we thought we'd give it a try. Immediately we were welcomed by David and he was so nice and friendly. He talked to us about how Virginia Furniture has been a family-owned business for over 40 years. He gave us enough space to look around but also gave us all the honest info we needed to make a decision. We decided on a sofa, loveseat, chair, and a 3-piece table set for $2300. It was a great deal. Delivery was scheduled for the next weekend, and they also haul our old furniture out. I even had my pick of a free item as a thank you for our purchase. I chose a silicone oven mitt. I will be coming back in the future, next time we need furniture.
