The event space, the house unit, and the owner were all incredible. My niece was having an outdoor wedding and Knocking Turtle saved the day when we had to pivot last minute due to storms. Even though they had TWO events that day, the owner squeezed us in, and made the wedding possible. Hope and her son immediately went to work and helped the family flip the space between events in just two hours - a full blown wedding in two hours! I have never seen a host work that hard! The three bedroom/three bathroom spacious rental next to the event space was so convenient and was perfect for the bride and family to get ready in. The pavilion was perfect for the ceremony and the reception inside easily fit 80+ guests with room for a dance floor, bar, buffet, and photo area. The two events prior to our niece's wedding were a baby shower and then a kid's birthday party using the venue's golf simulators. They do it all, and they are simply amazing! I would highly recommend them for your next party or event. read more

Knocking Turtle Village is a family friendly community. All units are 3 bedroom 1500 square feet with a single car garage. We welcome people with pets and have a 50x100 dog park for walking and spending time with your pets. All the units are new and energy efficient. Electric is OEC and OEC Fiber. We have lots of outdoor space including our walking path, outdoor violet ball, horse shows, corn hike and frisbee golf and outdoor pavilions. Also includes gym usage and community spaces. We are located just 18 minutes from Norman and OU campus. So small town vibe with access to a college town just short distance away. We also have a large venue space for rent for all kinds of parties and gatherings. In our venue space we have 4 simulator spaces 2 for the golfer and 2 multi sports which are available for reasonable pricing. History

Established in 2025.

We are new town home community. We built a town home complex for family living. We have a venue available for renting by anyone. All rental units are 3 bedroom with 2 1/4 bathrooms. We also added some simulator fo golf and multi sports that are open to the public for hourly rentals.
