Its sad and Unfortunate that I am writing this review...... The chairs we rented for my sons 18th…read morebday celebration were old and DIRTY. Thats not even the worst part. At checkout, we wanted to pay cash, we were told they only take credit cards, so we gave them the card. It was a little unsettling that they entered the information manually and didn't runt the card. We asked why they were entering the information manually and were told they do it this is how they usually run cards. It was strange but we needed the chairs. The very next Moring, we get an ALERT from our bank asking if we authorized a $257.00 at Aeropostale online store and another at a Childrens place for $28.00, both stores at the mall in ABQ. We immediately called our bank and the card was canceled. Today when I returned the chairs, I asked to speak to a manager or whomever took our card information. The manager looked at the receipt and left the room, leaving us to speak to a female at the desk who was rude and non apologetic. I will be filing a Police report.
