She came out promptly afterward and even diagnosed that our tank wasn't the issue, but the line from our house to the tank! She snaked the the pipe while leaning over our tank - she really went above and beyond. Then I got her bill today (which she'd quoted me $450), and she only charged $275 since we only emptied one tank. I really can't be more delighted by Faunholz and can't recommend Tara highly enough. Originally requested a quote for tree trimming and addition of 2 rock beds to match the one at the…read morefront of my house. Added on quote to add different drains to gutter and use the sod from the rock beds to fill in a couple areas in the yard. Quote was reasonable. Job was started. However, I can't give a good review as he never finished the job. He was difficult to contact by phone throughout the whole process and he often didnt show up to the work site at all. Many days excuses were given as to why he couldnt be there, which may or may not have been true. Also, not only did he not finish the job, he and his employees damaged a large area of grass that was fine before. And the leveling job under the sod was poorly done and now water pools there with rain and the sprinklers. Also company was fully paid and did not complete the last $200-300 of work that was agreed on. Multiple attempts have been made to contact this company and no response was given. Would not recommend. ​
