Extreme heat in the area and our AC is not functioning properly - it is over 80 degrees and not cooling. Nikki answers the phone and says they are swamped, but will try to get to us later that day. In the afternoon, Ben shows up, gets up on the roof to look at the unit, tells us it is frozen up and low on coolant. He unfreezes it, adds the coolant, and it is starting to bring the temp down straight away. Second time using Knobel in a month, one personal and one business, and could not be any happier with either visit. I highly recommend the team at Knobel, from the great ladies answering the phone to the technicians who show up and are helpful and very pleasant. Thanks to all the Knobel team!

She came out promptly afterward and even diagnosed that our tank wasn't the issue, but the line from our house to the tank! She snaked the the pipe while leaning over our tank - she really went above and beyond. Then I got her bill today (which she'd quoted me $450), and she only charged $275 since we only emptied one tank. I really can't be more delighted by Faunholz and can't recommend Tara highly enough. Great quality, great value, incredible service. Now a Faunholz customer as long as we live in this house.
