We called manufacturer and learned Steele had the windows. Steele only scheduled the installation after we called them and lit a fire. Steele also damaged the brick exterior during installation. I called them about repairing the damage and was told they would repair it within a week. It's been more than a month and the damage has not been repair. Likely won't use them again

Dan McNeel had to climb multiple trees to top them first and had to be careful lowering large branches so as to protect my neighbor's expensive fence. In May 2026 he toppled a massive 100+ year old cottonwood tree at my Mom's place near North Platte, NE. Again, exemplary know-how for a huge job. Dan has the equipment and experience to make hard jobs look easy and he isn't satisified until the customer is happy. McNeel Chimney Sweep We had Dan clean our fireplace chimney at our new-to-us house near Lincoln, NE in Jan 2026. Again, fantastic job accessing/cleaning the chimney, inspecting the fireplace equipment, and making recommendations for safe usage. This is a second positive encounter with the great folks at Knobel Refrigeration, this time at my…read morebusiness. Extreme heat in the area and our AC is not functioning properly - it is over 80 degrees and not cooling. Nikki answers the phone and says they are swamped, but will try to get to us later that day. In the afternoon, Ben shows up, gets up on the roof to look at the unit, tells us it is frozen up and low on coolant. He unfreezes it, adds the coolant, and it is starting to bring the temp down straight away. Second time using Knobel in a month, one personal and one business, and could not be any happier with either visit. I highly recommend the team at Knobel, from the great ladies answering the phone to the technicians who show up and are helpful and very pleasant. Thanks to all the Knobel team!
