They do charge a $5 fee if you do card. I think that is pricy, but that is about the average quote we were receiving. However, they did not mention any $5 per mile fees to us. I think it was an expensive tow. The last time I needed a tow (outside of using AAA) it was $85 flat and a pretty far distance. The price was definitely a shock to me. I'm not sure if it was expensive since it was later in the evening? Service was great though! No doubts about that.

Today my friend called to get a quote for tires for me. While I was on speaker, the owner gave us a specific price. However, after his employee installed the tires, the owner attempted to charge double the quoted price for just two tires. My friend went outside to speak with him while I remained on the phone. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he immediately began yelling and refused to listen to either of us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has behaved this way. This is now the second time we've experienced this type of conduct from him. It's honestly surprising that a business operating this way has managed to stay open this long. We apologized to the employee who had already put in the work, but the owner still threatened to charge us $100 for the 15 minutes his worker spent on the job.
