Nice atmosphere, they had a food truck when I went on Friday 6/21/24. It was very good. Great drinks. Great live music. Great bartenders.

We made reservations and checked in. The young girl who helped us was very nice. She was friendly with a cool vibe. I forgot her name, but she just started working there like her second day. I would have to give a compliment to her because she did a great job! Even honored a refund because fathers throw for free this weekend since it's Father's Day! It wasn't posted online but there was an advertisement for it on the tv when we walked in. Then we went to Lane #8 where another employee greeted us, told us about the rules and served us drinks. He was very nice and attentive as well. Overall the place was nice and clean. There was jumbo jenga, and big uno cards. I saw some arcade games and claw machines. The bathrooms were nice and taken care of, there's a button on the wall, if you press it lights and music comes on like a party. Very cool. Our wood board was pretty damaged and seemed beaten. My axe didn't stick and it's the worse I've ever played. My man whooped me all four rounds for 75 minutes. But we still had a great time!

This wasn't our first visit, and once again, everything was great. I wish I had snapped a photo of the food, but we've consistently been more than satisfied every time we come. It's usually pretty busy, but we've noticed it starts to quiet down around 7 p.m., so that's a good time to come if you prefer a more relaxed vibe. They've got large TVs playing games, which adds to the fun atmosphere. The cocktails were delicious. My root beer old fashioned had the perfect hint of root beer without being overpowering, and my wife's spicy margarita tasted super fresh with just the right amount of jalapeño heat. We shared the chicken sandwich (a favorite from our last visit) along with the crinkle-cut fries and their ranch, which is honestly out of this world. Another great experience at The Yard, we'll definitely be back!

The staff turned the heating lamps on for us making it very comfortable and warm. The food was amazing! We had the brisket, pork belly and bugolgi. Everything was fresh and delicious! Marinated perfectly, not too salty. My favorite part were the side dishes. Every banchan that came out was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. There was such a perfect balance of crunchy, savory, tangy, and comforting flavors, and everything paired beautifully with the grilled meats. Some of the side dishes we had were: kimchi, spicy cucumber salad, seasoned spinach, green onion pancake, a glass noodle dish, potatoes in a sweet glaze, stir-fried fish cake and my absolute favorite! Pickled radish. What really made the experience special was how kind and attentive the staff was. Our waitress took the time to explain how to properly enjoy the pork belly, wrapping it in the pickled radish and pairing it with the sauces and sides. That little bit of guidance made the meal feel more authentic and even more enjoyable. Between the delicious food, the outstanding side dishes, and the genuinely friendly service, this was an unforgettable Korean BBQ experience. We can't wait to come back.

They had just enough Christmas decor to be classy and but not overwhelming. We arrived around 6pm and were promptly seated in the area we reserved which was the patio by the fire pit. We ordered our first round of drinks while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. We also ordered the pepperoni and veggie pizzas, and both were amazing!!! The feta cheese on top was a pleasant suprise. The rest of our party showed up and we ordered another round of drinks. It was somewhat busy for a small establishment, but not overwhelming. Our waiter was very friendly, talkative, and provided top notch service. If I had to make one recommendation it would be to bring on additional staff or an additional bar tender as we waited almost 20 minutes for our first two rounds of drinks. Once things slowed down, the third round came out quicker. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend visiting. I will be back when I'm in town again.

We loved that they have a inside and outside space w/fire pits and some heaters mounted. The couches inside and out definitely give it a rather cozy feeling. They even have cute blankets that you can use. They had a live dj who was amazing with his spinning of the right tunes. I enjoyed the music alot. He played a variety. The waitress seemed pleasant when she greeted us. We ordered the charcuterie board and the pepperoni pizza. I requested the ricotta to be placed on the side and the request was met. I asked the waitress alot of questions and she was able to answer them. I did not enjoy the board because I do not like pepper jam (I did ask for another jam, but she said this is all they had. This is unfortunate because what if someone does not like peppers? One of the meats provided I did not enjoy (I enjoyed the salami) and I did not like one of the cheese as well.. it was a little spicy. Also, the utensil that they gave us to use to spread with was not very great for spreading. The pizza was tasty..no complaints there. I even added the ricotta to it and it was good. I had a glass of Petite Sirah and a glass of Cab. My friend had the Coco Loco Marg and the Gingerbread drink. All drinks ordered were delicious... we both agreed. Although, there were many pros..I do have some cons: 1. I ordered a Hot Toddy that was nowhere near hot. The waitress told me that they boil the water and the water "Is what it is" that comes from the boiler. I did not like that response at all. 2. We were served our food with no plates or silverware. However, the waitress brought plates upon request. 3. The food was served with 1 spoon like item. However, we had multiple things that we should have received small forks instead of having to use or fingers for everything. 4. I requested a Strawberry long Island iced tea. The waitress immediately tells me that they do not have the items to make it. I asked her why not..because it is really merely (alcohol/strawberry puree /Triple Sec/cola or sprite). She tells me that she tried to make it and it was not good. I requested that she go and ago the bartender at the bar currently and she gave another excuse of why it could not be done. Then she said.. she would go ask the bartender. My friend and I were puzzled because all items were there for the drink. When she came back, she told me that he could do it. However, I had changed my mind by that point and I requested for Strawberry Hennessy. She told me that they had Strawberry puree and I told her that would be fine. She asked me if I wanted ice. At this point, it made me hesitant to get it because it sounded like they did not know how to make it. She went back to the bartender and my friend noticed that the bartender was looking it up. The waitress came back and told me that they did not have triple sec, but they had another substitute. At that point, I just asked for a Cab. Overall, we loved the atmosphere. Idk if we will visit anytime soon though. Also, please know..I do get that this is a wine bar. However, bartenders hired should know how to make an assortment of drinks especially if you have majority alcohol stocked. Lastly, the water shouod be served hot if it is a hot drink. There should not be a smart comment given when questioned about why the level of heat is not adequate.

The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and comfortable. From the photos alone you can get a sense of the warm wood tones, wine displays, and well-spaced tables--and that spacing really matters. Even with a good-sized crowd in the dining room, we never felt cramped or crowded, which made conversation easy for a larger group. We started with the bread basket, which included pretzel bread that was genuinely delightful--warm, soft inside, and a great way to kick things off. I shared a wedge salad with my partner, and it was excellent: crisp, fresh, and well balanced rather than over-dressed. For the main course, I shared the porterhouse steak. It was a generous cut, very tender, and cooked beautifully--exactly what you'd hope for from a classic steakhouse. My partner split the beef stroganoff with another member of our party, and they both enjoyed it. Several others at the table either ordered their own entrées or split plates, and the staff was very accommodating about that, which we appreciated. We brought our own wine, and the corkage experience was handled smoothly. The staff even offered us a choice between two different decanters, which was a nice, thoughtful touch that added to the experience rather than feeling transactional. Service overall was attentive and professional, especially given the size of our group. There is an automatic gratuity for parties of eight or more, which was clearly handled and expected. A couple of smaller but notable details: the restrooms were clean and well maintained, and the soap was an aromatherapy soap--an unexpected but pleasant detail. Also, while the menu is extensive and clearly leans into classic steakhouse offerings, we weren't really able to view it properly on the website ahead of time due to what seemed like a technical issue. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. All in all, Vic Stewart's delivered a solid, classic steakhouse experience with good food, a comfortable atmosphere, and attentive service. It's a good option for larger groups or special occasions where you want quality without feeling rushed or crowded.
