From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and artistry behind everything they do. This is not your average grab-and-go flower counter, this is floral design at its finest. The designers' custom bouquets are truly breathtaking. They don't just arrange flowers; they compose them. Every bouquet feels intentional, balanced, and alive, like it was designed specifically for the person receiving it. The color combinations are bold yet harmonious, the textures are layered beautifully, and the freshness of the blooms is obvious the second you see (and smell) them. You can tell they understand form, movement, and emotion. It's art you can hold in your hands. What really sets them apart is their ability to listen. You can give them a vague feeling -- "romantic but wild," "modern but soft," "earthy and natural" -- and they somehow translate that into a stunning arrangement that exceeds expectations. The designers have a gift for blending classic elegance with unique, unexpected touches that make each bouquet feel one-of-a-kind. Every time I've ordered from Sherwood Flower Shop, the arrangements have lasted beautifully and drawn nonstop compliments. If you're looking for flowers that feel thoughtful, elevated, and absolutely unforgettable, this is the place. Winston is lucky to have such talented floral artists.

This place in many places can feel like an adventure into another world. Part greenhouse, part antique shop, part cat habitat (which I appreciate). Inside, you'll see some very attractive decor, and even room setups incorporating interesting plants that will set your design desire alight. Outside, the journey through the plant selection and greenhouse itself can often feel like wandering through a jungle. I definitely spotted some plants I have never seen before. That said, each time I was intrigued to learn and potentially but a plant, sticker shock made me put it right back down. Even for plants I know well and are pretty common and I could tell by their operation are easily propagated, I was dissuaded by the price from taking it home. So in general, prepare to be inspired, but also be prepared that you may not be able to buy everything you want here. Otherwise, this place is a very cool journey.
