Showed up when he said he would, made notes of the areas of concern both inside and outside the building. Delivered a quote within 36 hours. Unfortunately the person who makes the call went with someone else (that was not punctual, efficient or friendly). I feel that the work would have been done a lot sooner from the time it was quoted- to work actually done if we had gone with MB. I was also told that if there was an issue they would make it right. I do not get that from the person who ended up doing the work as they didn't even come in a work truck or have a business card. From the little banter back and forth during the quote they are a local business, been around for decades and do a lot of commercial work but have HOA's they service.

They use these guys frequently, and I can tell you exactly why. They are kind, courteous, and capable. We arranged for a technician to come to the house at 9am, and he was there literally on the dot. Punctuality seems to be rare these days in the service industry, and is greatly appreciated. Charlie was very nice, fixed our problems in a timely manner, and even came back to check up his work, at no charge. If you need an electrician, call these guys immediately!

I contacted ARM AC/HVAC via email after reading through many Yelp reviews. I was contacted within…read morean hour by Lidia. We discussed my project and had a great conversation about life, etc. She set up an appointment to have Alan come out, look at my place and provide a quote. I have been slighted by many a "professional" in the past so I was ready to meet Alan and run him through the gauntlet. He checked out my place, answered lots of direct questions and gave me a couple options. Alan too was friendly, open. In addition to being impatient, I am also not very trusting of people until I get to know them but I got a strong sense from our conversation that Alan is a trustworthy and upfront type of person. The quote came in a timely manner which I appreciated because, again, I am impatient. The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting screwed, which, unfortunately, happens often here in Sonoma County as most service providers think if you live here you can pay the "Wine Country Surcharge" - they tend to forget that before the wealth came here there were normal blue collar folk and some of them actually still live here....I'll leave it at that... I came up with the money and scheduled a date for the install. ARM is a busy group but I didn't feel like the wait time was excessive. The day of the install arrived (YAY! because it had been hot AF and we were all miserable AF.) On the day of the install Alan and two guys got to work and finished in just under 4 hours. (Everything was cleaned up nicely.) So far I am happy with the system - if that changes WILL update this post. But I really doubt I will have any issues. I would recommend contact ARM for the following reasons: - Alan, Lidia and team are friendly and actually give a shit about people - Responsive service; Competitive and fair pricing. - Alan, Lidia and team are friendly and actually give a shit about people - (IMO) their commercial scale industrial and residential work keeps them current with the tech and gives them a broad knowledge base off - Alan, Lidia and team are friendly and actually give a shit about people

I have been in business for 25+ years and have hired hundreds of freelancers and contractors. The…read moreamazing experience I just had with Kirk Buckman at KB Electric puts him in the top 1% of the absolute best people I've ever hired. Read on and you'll see why: Three weeks before Christmas, the vintage 1970's Zinsco electric panel on our house shorted out. The power died and you could smell burnt insulation and smoke. PG&E came out fast to turn off the power and said "this is a major problem, it's unsafe and I've never seen one quite this bad. It's ready to cause a fire." That started my emergency search for an electrician who could get the work done before Christmas, in freezing weather and rain. Several people I called said "Too busy. Maybe next year." But my realtor Tim Johnson recommended Kirk Buckman, and he came out the same day I called him. Kirk saw the situation was a mess, and a major problem to untangle in an old house. But he and his brother understood the bad spot I was in (no power, no heat) and they took the job. The two of them worked overtime and in six days, completely rewired my house with new 200-amp service. Kirk got miraculous cooperation from PG&E and the county permit office. Frankly, I can't believe how hard and fast they both worked on this project. More important, they didn't cut any corners and the work was done right, correcting problems on a 40-year old house as they went and putting in the most modern panel available. Kirk was amazingly thorough, professional, and they didn't make a mess. A super-fast, clean, pro job. And it was fairly priced too. On a scale of 1-to-10, Kirk Buckman is a solid 15. Great work; above and beyond the usual. Very impressive. I'd hire him again anytime.
