The employees couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. They even did things that we didn't even think of & would ask our permission to do. Also, there were no hidden costs or add on's. We had them remove all the ugly shower tile, cut a wall down & remove the counter top then install a solid surface shower & counter top, with built in sinks, in the master bathroom & we couldn't be more pleased! Everything from their product, which is made in their building in Ocala, to their outstanding staff puts this company over the top! You need to visit their place of business to see all the different colors & styles of solid surface material they offer. Omar & Evie, who own the company, even let us watch their craftsman make our shower & counter top which is off white with traces of gray mixed in. It's beautiful.

We initially met with two shower installation companies. One company put on a lengthy show and tell…read moreand started with an extremely high price. As the night went on, the price was whittled down to a price that was too high for us. That meeting ended abruptly due to their last moment, extremely unprofessional tactics. Another company had reasonable pricing and a nice salesman, but the product looked and felt like it was plastic instead of stone. At this point we met Adam Nye at the Jettastone office and showroom. After reviewing their options and receiving a quote that was in line with our budget, we decided to go with Jettastone to replace our shower. Donny, Tim, and Carson, were all part of the demolition and installation of our new shower. They were extremely polite, quiet and very easy to talk to when I had questions or just wanted to check out their progress. When I made a late moment decision to add Jettastone material to the outside of the knee wall instead of me just painting drywall (thank goodness we made that decision!), it made for a bit more extra work, but they had no issues whatsoever. Any details that I was concerned with were addressed immediately (because they were well aware prior to me asking). We were informed in advance as to when they would be coming to our home, and they were always on time. Adam popped in from time to time to ensure we were happy with the product and progress, and we always were. For the price we were quoted, the look and quality of their product, and the services involved, we are very happy with the results we received from the Jettastone team! We strongly recommend to others looking to remodel to check out multiple companies but definitely check out Jettastone prior to making your decision. Bob & Molly
