SCAM ALERT*******DONT USE THEM!***They scam the old timers of the Villages buy overcharging for…read moretile purchased not the tile ACTUALLY installed. I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

Both of the owners, Ronaldo and Amanda are wonderful to work with. The prices were much more reasonable than other businesses. Ronaldo was able to take my vision and bring it to life; which is probably not easy when I was trying to explain what I was looking for He's a bit of a mind reader. The work was done to my schedule since I wanted to paint the rooms prior to the floors installed and since I was the only painter, it took a bit longer than anticipated. No pressure. Just understanding and kindness plus many boosts of encouragement to me on my work, which I really appreciated. In the end, the work was all done with very few issues. If they did arise, we worked them out without any further concerns. Done and Done. Ronaldo has a really nice, professional crew and they are all awesome to work with. You're in good hands with Black Gold Flooring. Thanks Black Gold Flooring!
