The next day I called and apparently it was too late and our application the previous day didn't go through, and we found out a day too late bc she never called me back??!!! This is completely unacceptable. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and lack of care with this company'. It's rude and dismissive.

When we were on a time crunch to turn the place over to the new renters, Paul had the right contacts to get the place ready to be listed. Now that our renters have moved in, it truly saves us the headache of managing the renters needs. We know we can count on Paul to manage our property and to handle the small issues that occasional arise. His fees are well worth the care that he provides. We had worked with a prior property manager who did not conduct a proper background check on previous tenants who caused us so much stress and money. I will not go into detail, but as I write this, I am still traumatized by the entire experience. However, I do feel more at ease now that Paul has taken over the property, we are no longer dealing with the prior tenants, Paul has helped get the property ready and listed and have found new tenants to occupy the property. Additionally, despite my husband and I being overseas for my husband's job and on a completely different time zone, Paul has always been responsive, diligent, trustworthy and fair. He was very hands-on and any repairs were done in a timely manner and at reasonable costs. I am also compelled to address a couple false reviews against Paul that were written by "Baked S." Baked S. was my previous tenant. Reviews by Baked S. are false and should not be taken into consideration. I urge you to look at his other Yelp and Google reviews and the responses to those reviews to get a sense of the kind of dishonest and unethical person he is. It was not Paul who found Baked S. to rent our home. My husband and I had worked with a previous property management company who did not conduct a thorough background check on Baked S. so we unfortunately fell victim to Baked S. Baked S. already gave notice to vacate our house even before Paul took on the property. He only lived at our house for about three months. Security deposit was timely returned to Baked S. There was no "active sewage, gas leaks, collapsed drainage, or structural instability" as Baked S. claims. In fact, the City had inspected the home and found it habitable and that there were no conditions rendering the home uninhabitable. When Paul listed our property for rent, which was long after Baked S. had moved out of the property, Baked S. attempted to prevent it from being rented by posting more false information on various websites and platforms about our home. Despite the trouble Baked S. caused and continues to cause us and Paul, Paul never left our side. We know that other property managers would never have worked with us or would have stopped working with us under these circumstances. We cannot express how lucky we are to have found Paul. We are hopeful that things will run smoothly as we continue to work with Paul.

These challenges have included inconsistent decision-making, lack of proper vendor vetting, and, at times, actions that appeared to benefit select individuals rather than the community as a whole. Given this history, the current state of the property reflects the cumulative impact of years of mismanagement and difficult financial decisions. Addressing these longstanding issues is no small task. Since engaging Amanda Meng and her team, including Amelia, I have observed a meaningful shift. They have taken on the significant responsibility of navigating and correcting years of operational and financial challenges. Their efforts require not only technical expertise, but also resilience, professionalism, and strong leadership. I would like to commend Amanda and her team for their dedication, work ethic, and composure under pressure. I have personally witnessed Amanda handle highly challenging situations with professionalism and calm, even in the face of disruptive and inappropriate behavior during meetings. Her ability to maintain focus and decorum in those moments speaks to her leadership capability. Her role is demanding, requiring the ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate issues, and operate effectively under pressure. All they want is their high monthly HOA fees they charge and don't want to do anything!! Had an incident with my roof told me as a home owner I should lay a tarp or plastic down so it doesn't do more damage to my condo. Contact my homeowners The roof leaking was not their responsibility contacted the roofers the roof was 4 years old still under warranty LEMUS CONSTRUCTION installed they told me their is nothing wrong with the roof and there was nothing to fix!!!! Refused to fix roof and my ceiling told me my responsibility contact homeowners the roofers doesn't leak believe this!!!????

Luxury building? - Slow to fix broken things. By design,…read morethe management office is near impossible to communicate with. - Multiple incidents of shootings across the street in the past 3 years. - Windows are not soundproof and Amsterdam is a superhighway to St Luke's. - Security in the building is beyond lax -- anyone carrying a delivery bag or with decent clothing has access to the elevators. The staff are inattentive, never seem to notice you carrying a heavy load until you're already halfway to the elevator. - Elevators break regularly. Prepare to get stuck at least once a month. - Their favorite independent broker lives in the building, is effectively an employee, seems like a fraud on renters who pay the brokerage. - The building staff require generous tips to complete repairs, the super doesn't write things down, always claims to forget. - The team is highly engaged in side payments to park cars around ASP days, etc. - The handicap/stroller side entrance is piled with garbage, has rats and flies -- is always at a halfway point. - The workmanship on requested repairs or repainting is shoddy -- but if you complain, they're jack your rent in the next cycle 100% certain.

It cost just thousands in inspections and lost time. We were mislead continuously. Hazel was sellers agent at one home, lied (oops) about home condition. I had to look up permits to find out and was warned by the Inspector that she has a reputation for this? We backed out after bad news after bad news. The other house was brokered by John Sloss , located in a fire zone only found out after we made offer. Told them to get insurance it had to have updated wiring and plumbing, assured it was. After thousands in inspection, lies . All out dated and unable to insure. Then it appraised 40k less than asking. 3 days before close , our agent Tyler Potter (who was on vacation along with selling agent John, told us it needed a mold inspection which after 20 years in buisness next to the bay, he had never heard of and the deal was dead. Truth, he told me prior that if its didn't appraise , the price would be lowered and that the reapirs I mentioned were not an issue. All 3 agents work for Coldwell banker.... Just like the prior reviews noted. Its a culture at this broker beware. I fired them , found a new broker and a new house with in 2 days at a fair price. with a broker on my side. Buyer beware with these guys...

We were purchasing our first home and she was so patient and thorough answering our questions! She really goes an extra 100 miles. She was creative with solving problems and made me feel so comfortable through an intimidating process. Highly recommend!!
